Q: I had these shoes around 6 months when the soles started coming off both shoes, is the any type of warranty?

Q: Could these shoes be worn walking across streams without destroying them or taking forever to dry?

I've never submerged my shoes into a stream. I sometime walk into puddle (about 2-3 inches deep) without a problem of water getting into the shoes. It takes at least 5 hours in the direct heat and sun to dry the shoes after I wash them.

Q: Do these comein the wide size?

Hi there! The brand does not make these in wide sizes.

Q: Just got these and major heel slippage, any ideas how to tighten with quick laces?

I’m sorry I returned mine I couldn’t stand the quick laces. They are also not replaceable with standard ones. Very poor design, I like the shoe but disliked the lace system.

Shoe is good...Vendor bad...Many times they sent me a different size to the one I ordered. I had to pay 50aed every time in return shipping but not my fault...I gave up and went to the mall in the end.
