My body loves this stuff
I love this product, it's super clean and from what I understand easily absorbable by the body. Doesn't really taste like anything. I often feel a little surge of energy when I take a full dose in the morning with water. You just don't know how many minerals you are not getting
Read that our soil is so depleted, so how can plants provide us the nutrients we need? Fiber, yes, minerals and vitamins, maybe not so much. Hedge your bets and take a small amount of these liquid minerals and be more certain.
