Assurant 2-Year Unlocked Mobile Phone Protection Plan with Accidental Damage ($400-$499.99)

Just speaking to the people at Assurant 360 gave a level of comfort to know that I have very good protection for my phone.

I have not utilize it yet , but I believe that they do great job.

Some of the customer service felt awkward. However, the system itself was excellent. I dropped my phone in water and after submitting proof of purchase and serial number, I received a check for the purchase amount of my phone within 10 days. I would utilize this protection plan again.

This is not a true 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan. This agreement is only good for one replacement. Once you have a phone replaced (a check sent to you for the original sales price minus $50 deductible), you must purchase another "2-Year Accidental Protection Plan" for the replacement phone.

It took a little long to file a claim or to get the cleaning crew but, definitely worth getting would not buy a phone without it.

I paid $112 for this last year. I have called multiple times to get the issue fix and at first they said they would send a check then came back and said the would send and amazon gift card but in order for me to receive the gift card I would have to send the phone back and wait one to two business days. I try to explain to the representative that I use my phone for business use and could not be with out one for the amount of time. I do NOT recommend this warranty you will get no where.
