What are the source of these filters? manufactured in the usa or china?

If you are asking for moral reasoning, yes they are made in China If asking for quality reasons, I got a box, and they are as high of quality as the ones that came with my dreamstation. Satisfied with the product. If asking for health reasons, there does seem to be much that should have an issue, no paint for lead etc.

How often do I change the filters?

Personally, I change my filters when the ones in use are obviously dirty. The Pollen filter I change every 3 months the small ultra-fine get changes monthly.It’s up yo you.
