makes you wonder whether Amazon purposefully mess these up - let's face it there's no love lost between Google and Amazon!I've got two of these, and coupled with an Android phone (and wifi) it's all I'll ever need.it does work with my wife's iPhone but i don't know nothing about that!I got the basic, gen 3?, and i thought I'd try the ultra, but it don't seem no better than the base model (i don't have a 4k tv)It's perfect for watching YouTube or any of the catch up tv apps/services. I also use mine to watch all the latest films, but we'll not go there!you can pick one of these up on eBay for half the price Amazon want. I wonder why that is?

Expensive and non-English installation instructions
This product was considerably more expensive on Amazon than either Currys or Argos (both out of stock) and arrived with installation instructions in German, French, Italian and Spanish, but none in English. By far the worst Amazon sourced product, who normally are reliable.

This is a European version with a Euro plug! Returned.

No instructions in English. No British plug.

useless
cant find it through my device for video and the only solution offered is to mess around with my router, which never bears any fruit. the device can be found for things like youtube but not for amazon video, so its nothing to do with the router. strongly recommend against purchasing this, the software just doesnt support the hardware
