Avinol PM Extra Strength - Natural Sleep Supplement (30ct)

After my husband died, I've had a very hard time trying to get to sleep. It's been almost impossible so I was really happy to find this product. Taking two of these pills helps me get to sleep and stay asleep until morning. They have been a godsend. I highly recommend them.

I am having a terrible time going to sleep and staying asleep. I purchased these capsules after reading their description thinking they would have to help since the price was so high. WRONG! I took them for two nights and neither night did they help me sleep. In fact, it seemed like they affected me the other way . . .I was MORE awake than I usually am. FURTHERMORE, I couldn't return them for a credit or refund. I had not read this anywhere on the verbage about the product before I bought them. It was just forty-something dollars down the drain! Do not purchase this product!

I tried this for 2 weeks but it just didn't help.

Much more effective than any other products I’ve tried.

I was having trouble sleeping more than four to five hours each night and was anxious to get this product. The first night I took it at 8:30pm and went to bed at 9pm. It helped me fall asleep but I awoke at 2am with a headache. I had trouble getting back to sleep. I decided to try it again the next night hoping the first experience was just an anomaly. Unfortunately, dame experience the second night… including the dreaded headache that wanted to stay with me throu the morning even after taking two Tylenol. Very disappointed with these sleep aids and can’t recommend them to anyone.
