Super easy to install.
Make sure you identify the problem first, which I did by removing the old one and then ordering once I was sure that was the issues.

I rebuild carts as a hobby (I rebuilt 17 carts in 2021) so I have some experience with carts and this brand in general. The brand "10L0L" makes many good parts, are reasonably priced and I've been happy with everything I've purchased. I've only had one minor issue with a $20 part and they sent a free replacement and were very good about the whole experience. So overall I will continue to buy from them.BUT - This part failed miserably within minutes of installation. I read a bunch of bad reviews, but with confidence in the brand I gave it shot anyway. Unfortunately that didnt work out and now it's too late to return it... I'm out $150 bucks.My thought is the engineering and tolerances behind these brakes might be a bit too precise for the company's manufacturing plants. This is a part that has proven problematic even for the OEM EzGo to get right, so it shouldnt be a surprise that a generic "knock off" can't do it.For 10L0L, i will continue to buy less complicated stuff from them, but the more complex stuff I will source from the OEM.

This item did meet my expectations. I had a little trouble at first but they got me thru it and everything works as it should. Good product.

Did not last a year and it was out of warranty when it went bad. Spend a little more money and get a name brand.

Very POOR item DO NOT ORDER!!!
I should have read all the bad reviews!!I received this item and installed and used my cart three times. Then my cart locked up and wouldn't move. I removed the brake and had to take it to a shop to see why it wasn't working at all. They told me it needed a new brake! I had just purchased this one and could not return because it was just over 30 days! DO NOT Purchase this item!!!

Motor Brake
Customer service was great. Motor brake went out less than a month after replacing it. Don't get me wrong, this is #2 in the last year to be replaced.

Did last 2 minutes
The break was put in for me at a golf cart shop and it didn't last 2 minutes. It was a waste of money
