Ok! This one gets 5 stars!
This is the third in a series of bird bath water fountains that I purchased. The first one though cheap (very) was a disaster (2 stars)! The second one (Yzert) was very good, and I'm glad I bought it (4 stars). So why did I buy a third one when I liked the 2nd one?The variety of water nozzles on this one hit it out of the park (5 stars). My wife and I fell in love with the rotating nozzle that turns in a swirling pattern! And it operates in a consistent fashion without emptying the birdbath in the process.Highly recommend this one!

Great For the Birds...love the water sound...
Lovely fountain that attracts the birds to the birdbath. **Tip...if your fountain ever stops working. Check to make sure bird seed particles don't clog the unit. Even though I keep the filter clean, something got stuck in the unit. I used an unfolded paperclip to clear out the pump! My fountain works again!

Used for mosquito trap, probably wouldn't have liked it otherwise.
I bought this to use in a mosquito trap: a covered water filled container with some dish soap in it. It does what it's supposed to for my purpose but I think if I was using it for a water feature in my yard, it might be less-than-ideal. It's cheaply made (price reflects this I guess) & it needs direct sunlight to work at all. I would be unhappy with this item if it were for anything other than my mosquito trap. I wouldn't be surprised if it dies after 1 season of use.

Works perfect
I love this little fountain. I have a kiddie pool in my backyard for my dog that the bugs like to land in so I got this little fountain to keep the water flowing to help keep the bugs out away from it and it worked. It looks pretty and it sounds cool nice and calming. There were not a lot of detailed instructions so it was sort of try it and find out. what I found is that I needed to put something under the pump so that it's really only a couple inches under the water or almost on the surface of the water in order for the fountain to work properly. Even in strong winds it was still working properly and the flow of water shooting up out of it was great.

It works great.
I bought this in June of 2024 since then I have only had one problem with it. That was my fault as I didn’t treat the water. It plugged up with algae. It was has never been removed and has been in the water since (except for cleaning) all winter frozen over. Today I went out and took a look at it. The weather is raining and gray. Yet the little pump is still working and trying to pump water. Not a lot just a dribble but it is still trying to pump water. This I never expected to happen and fully expected to replace it with a new one. But why waste the money when this still working. I cannot recommend this product enough.

One hilarious omission in the instructions!
They left out a very important detail from the instructions. There are two large foam circles, one on top and one on the bottom. The one on the top is obviously to protect the solar panel and also to protect the little stem that sticks out the top; you have to take that circle off in order for everything to work. The foam circle on the bottom seemed to be to protect the pump and stuff on the bottom, so we took it off also. Then we attached a spray head and set the whole thing down in the water. And it sank like a rock! Turns out the foam circle on the bottom makes the whole thing float! So there are two foam circles, one on top and one on the bottom, one you have to take off and one you have to leave on, and, as far as I can see, the instructions don't mention either one of them.Anyway, as far as how it works, it's great! We've only used one spray head because it's the only one we're interested in, because it's perfect for our tiny pre-formed pond. In the morning the pond is in dappled shade and the fountain works fine; in the afternoon it's in full sun and the fountain works even better; the more light that hits the solar panel, the more water it sprays, but it definitely does NOT have to be in full sun. When a cloud covers the sun and the whole yard is in shade, it still works a little bit, in spurts. We just got it so I have no idea how long it will last or anything else, but for now it works great. (As long as it has the foam circle on the bottom!)

Nice fountain but power part not connected
Nice little fountain but don't clean in a sink as the part that controls the two power levels is not connected. Mine went down the drain before I realized what it was. Now it only runs on the more stronger setting which isn't what I want.

Looks really nice but not a solid spray.
This little solar fountain looks really nice in my birdbath! It started working immediately. It comes with lots of ‘heads’ to change the pattern of spray. The descriptions in the instructions are not great so just pop them in & see what they do. One issue I found is the spray is not solid but almost a pulsing spray. I’d prefer it to be solid but the fountain is lovely.
