ResMedAirFit F30i Full Face Replacement Cushion - Medium

This piece is a solid fit but for me it seemed to get soft around the nose quickly and starts to leak air up to the eyes after a couole of weeks.

Great quality, identical to the OEM replacement ones you would you get a specialized respiratory clinic/storebut way cheaper. Fits perfectly

Works just like it should

I really like the concept of the AirFit F30i in terms of being a full face mask that connects to the hose above your head with a pivot joint so that you can turn side to side while sleeping without having the hose get tangled. Unfortunately I ended up trying multiple mask sizes with professional fittings and they could never get the ResMed masks to stop leaking on my face. Tight, loose, just right, didn't matter. We could get it to work as long as I slept on my back and didn't move. As soon as I shifted to my side the mask would slightly deform at certain points near the cheek and leak (enough to ruin the leak score and dry out my eyes). Eventually I had to change to the Evora Full Large by F&P which has almost exactly the same mask chape but has the hose connecting near the nose. I dislike this hose location but somehow the Evora's version of the similarly shaped mask avoids leaking because the silicone seal seems to do a better job of compensating for the slight deformity of the hard plastic when shifting or side sleeping. It appears this issue is very dependent on the shape of the person's face as well as their sleeping pattern, which is why I am giving it a neutral rating. I wish ResMed and F&P would get together and make the Evora mask with the ResMed hose connection.
