I have 2 of these fish oil gels right before I sleep everyday! It is a soft gel texture so it is easy to swallow, especially with water. There is also a lemon taste to it, so after you eat it there is no smell of fish oil in your mouth after.

These are great. I have such a hard time swallowing large pills and fish oil ones are usually the worst. I have yet to take them long enough to review based on how they make me feel, but swallowing these is much easier than standard fish oil gels.

I had to quit taking Fish Oil supplements because they're always so big and uncomfortable to swallow. Finally, my practitioner gave me some that, the first one got stuck in my throat!! YIKES!!!
