While the product was good and accurate ant counting my steps and making sure I knew when I got a call or message on my phone when it wasn’t on my person, it’s sleep tracker is very shoddy as well as it’s long term memory and it’s ways of sensing patterns. And if I wanted to look back more than two weeks prior, I was out of luck.Also, even though I only took it off to charge when I bathed, it would show activity and sleep patterns for Sunday and Monday on Tuesday, but by the time I got to Friday and wanted to look back, the data would often have just... disappeared. Like I hadn’t worn it that day, or if I had, had been lying in a coma so it didn’t count my sleep. Not something I’d recommend. I tried to give it 2 1/2 stars, but the site made me round up. The ways it can tell you your phone is ringing (even if phone is on silent) make it useful, as well as alert you to WMS and DMs and instagram and such, that’s all useful. And the adjustable strap was nice and came in a nice color, but somehow very quickly became discolored and looked like I had dragged it through coal dust. It should come with, in the instructions, a cleaning directional. Also not great for left-handed people in vertical mode unless you wear it upside down, and then the strap does funny things with your shirt and gets caught on *everything*.

I am very pleased with this fitness band! At first I thought it was not counting my steps but it took a little while to refresh and then I started to see them. The instructions are very easy and I had no trouble connecting it to my phone or setting up the app. I do have a step counter on my phone but it does not tell me calories. This and my phone were in sync and had the same amount of steps which tells me the band works well. I really liked the calories function and that it synced up with my phone and gave me an alarm for messages even when my phone was silent. It is a great affordable tool that will help me with my weight loss journey.

Four stars only because I had some difficulty with the app at first. After un-installing and re-installing, it worked fine!!! Actually, the device syncs well with the app and it updates quickly! I really like the fact that the USB is attached to the device and there are no cords to worry about misplacing or losing all together. I love that it shows me text messages and I don't have to pull out my phone to my messages. I can see them on the device. I also love the alarm feature and the reminder when I have been sedentary for too long!!

It doesn't work properly. The step counter is stuck on 11 and even though it starts to track steps, once you stop it erases the progress and the counter resets at 11 sets and it stays there. Not impressed. Maybe this one is defective and others are not like this but I would advise to search elsewhere for a fitness tracker

Pros:amazing battery life almost 4 days before it dies. Very stylish almost identical to the popular brands. Functions almost really well. Great price.Cons: The actual app for the connection isn't really aa helpful for tracking as you would assume as far as data. Not comfortable to sleep in for the sleep monitoring option. You will have to check frequently the steps are actually updating on the watch and refreshing in the app is a pain sometimes I have to jog in the house at night to allow the last hours of the night to update on the actual app.

This tracker is cheaply made. It synced just fine with my phone at first, but after not using it for a week, I tried to sync it again and it will not sync. It also keeps coming off my wrist because the band just snaps together. If it were more like a watch band, it might have been better.

I was using this and it seemed fine but doesn't really seem like it is accurate on my steps. It was supposed to be water proof but after putting my hand into the pool to retrieve the pool vacuum it stopped working. I am disappointed.

I am disappointed with this product. I cannot get it to stay linked to my phone and I lose my information. I need this information for health incentives at work. So I'm going to have to order a different fitness tracker or lose my incentives. I would not recommend this for anyone who needs to keep track of their information.
