Been taking these for only a month but my blood pressure has come down a little. I will keep taking them. (I have too. My high blood pressure is caused by pain and since the government will not let doctors and hospitals treat pain any more, we have to find other means to live with the pain like C B D and others.

The pills in the bottle I received smell like mildew. I have been taking them for 10 days but will probably look for something else. I haven't notice any change but it may not be sufficient time.

No issues with item easy to swallow no bad after taste at all. Do they work? I figure they cant hurt I have been taking this with some other items and I do feel I have more energy trying to take more organic vitamins real veggies not all made in a lab

I use this beet powder to lower my blood pressure and it’s working out good for lowering my blood pressure for about three hours so far I have taken about half a bottle or less .I think the key is the amount of water that one takes with the beet powder I would recommend this and will purchase again.
