Does this look matte look when it sets? Also, am I able to restyle it throughout the day?

The answer to both of your questions is no. This is a good product but it acts like a gel. If you want something that you can re-style and looks matte then get the cement Clay by Layrite it is a good product. If you want something that will keep your hair flat and will do anything you wanted to get this product. But I must warn you it is like a gel again.

I wanted to try this stuff but it's all going out of stock on here. Is this the last of this product as well?

You can buy it on the company’s site as well they do shipping world wide.

Do you recommend this product for facial hair?

No, this product is intended for regular hair.
