How do i even know if this is working?

Great question! Each serving is 1 mL and this is a 60 mL bottle, making the number of servings 60. 1 mL is about 1 dropper-full. Suggested usage of Livatrex is to take 2 servings daily, one in the morning and one in the evening. If you follow the suggested usage, one bottle should last about 30 days, or one month.
