One of my go-to yarn brands
I love Red Heart yarns for their vast array of colors, that it is a true 4 weight acrylic which gives excellent stitch definition and holds up for years and years after a project is completed. The yarn may be somewhat stiff to work with, but once your project is completed & washed it becomes pleasantly soft yet not limp. As most of their yarn is “No Dye Lot” if I run out of a color, I can count on being able to get that yarn again and have it match perfectly.That is what I had happen recently while designing an afghan on the fly and was happy to find the yarn I needed with next day delivery. Hooray - it arrived as promised!!! Matches old & new color perfectly, is nearly finished and will be gifted before the young lady recipient heads off to college with a blanket in her school’s colors.
