Great support!
I have issues with planters fasciitis and these work perfectly for me. Not to rigid but the perfect amount of support and last well. Cheaper than most as well.

Comfortable insoles
These are great insoles and are a great replacement for the crappy insoles that most shoes come with. Great choice and value

Not gel and very hard
Terrible product. Advertised as "gel cushion" insole. It is NOT gel and is extremely hard. I had to remove the insoles halfway through my day. My feet still hurt 2 days later.
