It comes with everything! and has room for your own stuff. It's wonderful!

Be sure you know what you're getting
If you order this, be sure you know what you are getting. It is a small, kind of cute looking container, which has stuff already in it. It is not really sturdy and cannot fit much more than what is already in it. It might be good for those with a small amount of sewing products (ie: a few sewing needles and just a few threads), but not if you have a more extensive "collection" of sewing stuff (ie: many different threads and needles, patches, seam ripper, etc...) Know that if you get it and think about returning, they will deduct the cost of shipping and 20% of the item cost for a restocking fee. So you end up only getting back about 1/3 of the total you pay to get it. If I had realized that information, I would have just kept the one my husband ordered and made some use of it.

I should have returned the sewing caddy
EVERYTHING IS SO SMALL IT IS PRACTICALLY UNUSABLE. THE CASE LOOKS LARGER BUT THERE IS NOTHING IN THE MIDDLE. SCISSORS ARE UNUSABLE THEY ARE SO TINY. I WISH I HAD NOT PURCHASED IT. DON'T BUY IT...

Just in a pinch!
Just in a pinch is all this is good for as if you buy cheap well guess what yes you are right! The little seam ripper broke right away as I couldn't find my other one. But it is cute and it does work for just in a pinch.
