This seller is passing off old stale baklava’s. I was very dissatisfied in the quality and the taste. Also the box is shorted several pieces, when I opened the box all the pieces were dumped down to one end. If it were full the entire box would have stayed in place. It actually looked like half a box of pieces were in there and had rolled down to one end.Though it was sealed it still had a stale taste. Do not buy from this vendor.

All treats are delicious. Everyone enjoyed them during the reunion. Besides, it was the perfect gift for the Birthday girl.

I was looking forward to receiving this box for Mother's Day. I will say the box And pieces of baklava were A Bit smaller than I expected. They are more of a small bite size piece. They were wrapped very well over the box and also the inside of the box was wrapped so everything inside was definitely fresh. However, the inside of the box did not look like the photo they provided maybe in transit everything got jostled and they weren't fully packed. See photo for details. The taste was very mild and a bit on the dryer side of baklava. If you're used to lots of sweet honey on it you may not like this style as it's more dry and crunchy. Yet delicious. So I'd recommend you try it and see if you like it.

I love the freshness and taste of this baklava

Let my start by saying I LOVE baklava. It’s safe to say it’s one of my favorite desserts. I do not eat it often but I’ve literally had a carving for weeks. I thought I’d add this to my Amazon shopping cart as a fun treat.Sadly, I was desperately disappointed upon arrival. Seeing the size of the box in person is underwhelming. Seriously… I paid nearly $20 for a mini, pint sized box of sweets :( I completely felt jipped. I was so disappointed that I measured the box!Petty, I know… lol Smh, the size of the container compared to product cost is down right rude. The only saving grace it that it was DELICIOUS at first bite. It was fresh; although not like straight from the local bakery or great restaurant fresh, but for being shipped through Amazon I can’t complain… I guess. After the first couple “bite sized” pieces it does become TOO sweet. Not a treat you can sit and devour. A honestly ended up picking nuts from certain pieces that weren’t favorable (but that’s personal preference).I probably wouldn’t not purchase it again or give it as a gift. Although, if you feel like a sweet treat this isn’t a bad option.Definitely a 3-Star… maybe more like 2.5 rating but I’ll be nice.

These were really delicious, but everything was broken and crumbling in the lovely tin when it arrived. So it wasn't picturesque by any means. But very tasty. And I will be keeping the pretty tin to use with my quilting/sewing supplies.
