Measuring scoop is not included. I am not sure how to measure proper dose for my cat.

Uses it for my senior cat, works well, got his results back and he is back to normal potassium levels. It doesnt have taste and my cat eat is food not problem. It was a great price

Mi gata con enfermedad renal tiene momentos en que requiere suplementarse con potasio. Antes había usado la versión en gel de Renal K+ (que huele super fuerte a maple) y aunque había que forzar su administración con una jeringa, siempre funcionó perfecto. Hasta que un día mi gata comenzó a desarrollar una aversión al gel al grado de que lo vomitaba de inmediato apenas se lo dábamos. Tratando de no privarla de su dosis periódica de potasio, que ayuda a mantener bien su salud, decidí probar esta versión en polvo, con la esperanza de que pudiera ocultarla en su alimento. La realidad es que huele súper fuerte, no precisamente agradable y si simplemente lo diluyo con su lata de comida no hay forma de que se lo coma. Lo detecta de inmediato y de plano no toca el plato. La opción a base de prueba y error ha sido mezclarlo únicamente con alimento de origen "pescadoso", y con unas gotas del suplemento de aceite de salmón que toma para mantener bien su pelo. Logrando disfrazar muy bien el olor penetrante a algas que tiene hemos logrado engañar un poco a la señorita. Funciona, pero no siempre es funcional.

I was literally in a state of panick last night trying to find this stuff to pick up today because my cat is dying. I ordered some other stuff then I found what the vet recommended to keep him comfortable. I added this to my order at midnight Friday night and they stated they would deliver the next morning and they did! I am so thankful to their delivery people and Bezos’ company. They have come through every single time I’ve had an emergency. No bs no conning like some other company’s that deliver. NOW TO THE REVIEW; First dose: My cat is talking to me again, you know meowing, he’s jumping up on my lap, don’t know if this stuff is responsible but his potassium was very low. The vet was vague with me but since I am versed in reading blood work and dealing with all kinds of family health issues I’d say this is CKD. Certainly looks like it. He’s still not eating great but I think we’re getting somewhere with the Prednisolone and the potassium supplement along with Cerenia for vomiting. He was in bad shape last night. I’ll take another month with my favorite cat. Anything right now, just not ready to say goodbye today. I believe this potassium brought him back from the brink. ITEM: RENAL K+ by VETOQUINOL Update: This was from late last Friday night when I left this review. (June12th 2025). What a difference 5 days made! Holy cow, Three drugs including this potassium, prednisolone, Cerenia. He's almost back to his old personality. Still very thin. My vet takes a conservative approach to cat care and I like it that way. She thinks it could be cancer, I'm thinking end stage kidney failure either way I just want a little more time to say goodbye. Chase is my favorite cat and it's crushing. Yes, favoritism exists here. I watched him being born and he has spent 13 years with me along with all of his litter mates. He's a mountain kitty where prenatal care isn't a thing. People either scoop them up as I did with Mama and babies or you feed them and keep them warm in the winter. Anyway this is good stuff. I recommend it and if your cat's potassium is low, your vet will probably recommend it. I hope to get blood work done in the future if nature allows to see where his "K" level is.
