Sturdy pans, good quality. I haven't baked anything in them yet. I use all three sizes often.

I bought two three pan sets in 2023, hoping the largest pans would fit in the three level dishwasher, while thinking the smaller pans would both fit in the dishwasher and work for smaller amounts of food. The pans I bought have gentle ridges in their bottoms, which I am still unsure about. The ridges were supposed to promote browning? Unsure if that works well enough to warrant the ridges. The pans are easy to clean, even with ridges. The largest, alas doesn’t fit into three rack dishwasher easily. They are about a quarter inch too tall for easy, economical of space, fitting, alas. The smaller two sizes of pans work better for the dishwasher. Mostly because of the dishwasher issue, I have my eye on two more sets of pans to be bought later this year. This brand’s pans have resisted warping, they are easy to clean, and the smaller pans are easier to work with, (Yes, I know I can wash the largest pans by hand and sanitize them in the oven. Just don’t want to.)

These pans work great for smoking things on my Pit Boss Smoker.. I put Aluminum foil around the base and the racks go on top.. makes it very easy to clean.

I cook a lot for my family and friends. I now wonder how I EVER did it without these AMAZING PANS!!!!!!!! WOWOWOW!!!!! Not only are they the perfect sizes, but easy to use and exceptionally easy to clean!!!! Of corse they are dishwasher safe, but mild soap and water completely cleans them with total ease. I use them Every Single Day, and they look and shine up after cleaning…..Just Like Brand New!!!! I WILL BE ORDERING MORE as well for my family and friends!!!!

Pleasantly surprised by the overall high quality, thickness and sturdiness of the pans and racks! We've used them to bake, to roast and have used the racks to cool baked goods and to dry off breaded foods before frying. No discoloration or warping, and clean-up is a breeze and the end up looking brand new after each wash.

Excellent set of baking sheets, and each one has a strong rack to go with it. I cannot say enough good things about this set. These baking sheets are well made, not flimsy, and the selection of sizes is perfect. I can't imagine needing any other baking sheets or racks. I don't think any one will be disappointed with this wonderful set.

I bought these mid 2023 and I wanted to really put these sheets thru their paces. I use them a lot! I have had so many baking trays warp, discolor , and few can hold a rack without it sliding around the tray. These have held up perfectly. I do a lot of BBQing and on rainy days after wrapping briskets I will often finish them in the oven and long rest them in my electric smoker. And these pans are what I like to rest them in. Even in butcher paper you can get drips. This keeps the oven and smoker tidy. The mid size fits perfectly in the electric smoker and works great for smoking cheese. Clean up is a breeze. I’ve only had one instance that I had a tough clean up and I had to use a bit more elbow grease but they came clean. If your on the fence about buying a new set of trays with racks rest assured you will not be disappointed.
