Simple, cheap, it works.
Reasonable price and easy to fit. Crystal clear terrestrial signal. Solved connection problems with old style arial on the roof with too many extensions left by previous owner) in the attics. Looks neat on our 300 year old stone cottage too.

Simple, small and seems to work well for us
To some degree whether this is a good product can only be judged on if you get a good TV signal, it worked for me and perhaps if I tell my experience it might help others.We live in a bungalow about 50km from nearest transmitter. There is an old style large aerial on our chimney which has been OK for about 10 years. We got perhaps 100 channels including BBC/ITV HD, although sometimes in poor weather we lost reception on some (particularly ITV HD). In the last week something has got worse (not sure what, maybe aerial has shifted slightly) and I wasn't sure what to do.I took a punt on this figuring that I don't need to direct it, which saves me trying to work out which way to point it and worrying if I have done it right.The old aerial was installed atop a chimney maybe 10m up. I installed this externally about 5m up due to ladder length.It's up and working and we're up to 161 channels and much better signal strength. So for us really pleased as it was (fairly) easy to install/set-up and seems to be more than doing the job.Be aware that for installing you will need a drill etc to fix the bracket and a fly lead/internal aerial cable to attach to your TV. But they did provide an adaptor so if you have one all the rest of the kit is there.

Disappointing
The supplied kit is useless. The tv connector on the amplifier is satellite type, and the provided connector has female end, when most uk homes that part is male, so existing tv coax cable can't be used. You will have to buy a male-male coax or have a male-male adapter handy. Can't actually test this until I get this extra bit.

Way better than any indoor aerial.
Have been using an amplified indoor aerial for years, for accessing freeview. It used to be okay but for some reason, the reception became all broken up which included the sound. It often cut out all together unless you put the the aerial in a very specific spot, which became ridiculous. Having to balance it on a box in the middle of the room. You put up with it, till one day when you ask yourself, "what in the world am I doing".That is where this solid bit of kit came in.Wow. The difference. The picture is perfect. I'm sure we live in an area with 3 overlapping transmitter signals as 3 options show up on my freeview box tuning menu. I used Google maps to find the direction of my closest one and installed this pointing in that general direction. I have used the amplifier which you do have to plug in but it picked up well without it even switched on. Some basic DIY skills will be needed to do a neat job but it only took us a couple of hours, including all the routing of cable and pinning it all into position. We have it positioned centrally above our balcony door and it sort of looks like a globe light to the casual observer.Be aware though, that you will need a fly lead to make the final connection from this apparatus to the tv/cable/freeview whatever.

Fantastic
Loved the ease of installation....the look of it and the reception is 100% for our area. Bought it for an outside room ....we wanted a TV in there so got this aerial to hopefully get good picture and reception.Instructions are included to guide you through installation....picks up Internet from indoors so no booster or anything else was needed to be bought on top. Our smart TV is fully functioning with every single channel ....free view....prime ...netflix etc the picture is fantastic. So if your scrolling through reviews n thinking about getting one....do it. We're not very technical minded just everyday DIY n found it so easy to install and set up with our smart TV

It works amazingly well!!
For such a small product compared to the large metal aerials it is incredible in its performance. In a weak signal area I am able to have this internally mounted in my loft and it picks up every channel I can get without any difficulty, and without the weather or wind interference I got before for the outside aerial. And it genuinely works whatever way it is pointed! I’m astounded and very pleased!
