72 Hours by Bella Jewel is an awesome stand alone novel
72 Hours by Bella Jewel is an awesome stand alone novel.I am on a Bella kick, I love her writing so much, so I knew this book would be fantastic. Now, I must admit that I made a rookie mistake. I started reading the book about 30 minutes before my bed time. I thought I would read a little, lay it down, and pick it back up tomorrow. Did that happen? Heck no! I went to bed, and guess what? I couldn't get it out of my head, so I got up and started reading again and I read and read right up to the very end. (It might have been around 4am). This is just one of those books you can't stop and start. You will be like me and finally say screw catching some zzz's, I have a book to finish.A chain of events leads to Lara and Noah fighting for their survival. They have been kidnapped, drugged, and placed in an unknown environment, and if that is not enough, there is a crazy man after them. They are given 72 hours to try and find a way out. If they don't, a crazy game begins. Will Noah and Lara work together to defeat the monster who is hunting them like prey?I really loved this story. It is fast paced and super exciting! And Noah and Lara? They were great. Yeah, Lara whined a lot, but I would too if some crazy lunatic wanted to kill me! Bella Jewel stepped out of her comfort zone with this one, and she really hit it out of the park with this book! Obviously, this is a book I would highly recommend.

Review: 72 Hours
72 Hours by Bella Jewel is the first in a new stand-alone series of romantic suspense. Beginning with the premise of the two main characters, Noah and Lara, being the hand-picked victims in a psychopaths murderous hunting game this story successfully traverses their past relationship and breakup with flashbacks, the murderers take on the situation at the end of some chapters, and the gripping and deadly danger they face while being hunted.Lara lost her Nan and blames herself for the tragedy. Since her Nan's death, she has become a shell of the outgoing, feisty person she once was. Noah was left wondering what happened and why after something happened between him and Lara left him alone and with no explanation. The emotional hurdles these two have to overcome while also going up against a murderous psychopath makes for an interesting journey. Enjoy!

Good read
Gonna be honest, I only one clicked this cos I love Bella Jewel's novels. I wasn't sure I wanted to read this book judging it from the blurb/genre. I should have known I'd love it, like everything else Bella writes. This story sucked me in from the beginning and I couldn't put the book down till I finished it. Looking forward to the Watcher now.

HOLY CRAP! Where did this Bella Jewel come from?
The first thing that came to my mind after finishing 72 Hours by Bella Jewel was HOLY CRAP! Where did this Bella Jewel come from? This book is not like any other book she has written. It was an intense thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat and glued to the pages. I literally could not put this book down until it was finished. The writing was superb and played out like a movie. The suspense was bone chilling.72 Hours is a must read!

Ohhhh I really liked this one! This is probably one of the better thriller reads I have read by Bella, because it has been awhile since I've read her. Loved the narration too.

Author Bella Jewel really brings the dark and suspense factor with this book. 72 Hours is fast paced, thrilling and will keep you on the edge of your seat.72 Hours is a bit different from my typical read, and yes there was some issues with the story, but overall it was an intriguing read.

72 Hours
This book was incredible. Bella Jewell has a twisted mind. This book is rough to read. You can feel every emotion Noah and Lara feel. You hold your breath, you feel their pain. You pray for their safety like they were real people and not characters in a book. You breathe relief when they get a break. Read to find out what is planned for Noah and Lara. Thanks, Bella.

Great read
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Bella Jewel is a great writer and her stories have a way of grabbing your attention and holding it until the end. The main characters were well developed. However, there wasn't enough information about the villain "Bryce." Where he came from; why his interest in Lara and Noah, etc. That part could have been more developed.

Heart pounding
Wow! Bella wrote a cracking story here.My heart literally pounded as I was transported into the forest along with Noah and Lara. The tension, anticipation and fear that the characters feel palpitate off of every page.I love how Bella is able to seamlessly intertwine romance and passion between two characters with a darker subject as the plot. She does it in many of her novels but takes it up several notches in 72 hours.

Good read
Good story but I felt as it was rushed a bit and quickly put together... not much mystery you think that there will be a lot more and lots of twists but not really STILL a good book Noah is the perfect guy who is lovely caring but knows when he needs to push Lara to achieve what will keep her / them alive.
