It was excellent and it was as advertised

I just bought this pen and so far I am very happy with it. It writes really well and is not heavy. In fact it is comfortable to write with. The cap snaps on tightly so I don’t fear it’ll come off. Bonus that it came a day earlier than expected.

This is a beautiful pen at a great cost. It came with four refills which I thought there were only two. It is a gift and I know he will love it. I actually ordered another one for myself.

I purchased two pens in the recipients' favorite colors. Both recipients are college students who are graduating in education and communications. They loved the look and smoothness and ease when writing with the pen. The two ink refills included make the pen worth the money.

Loved the ink pen

Pen was defective. This was a gift which I had engraved and sent directly to the recipient. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. Customer Service and seller stated “NO REFUND”. I asked if the pen could just be fixed as I understood it had been engraved. I’m NOT asking for a refund, but at least fix it. I’ve yet to hear anything from the seller or customer service. How do you sell something that doesn’t work and won’t you don’t provide a fix for the product purchased. If you’re looking to purchase please BE VERY AWARE if the pen is defective this seller WON’T fix, replace or refund!!! ZERO STARS!!! Unfortunately, I tried to submit without selecting any stars, but in order to proceed I had to select a rating as it won’t allow me to leave it blank to represent “ZERO STARS”, so I selected one star.
