Good selection of very small cotton reels. Provides a wide variety of colours for matching and small hand repairs. Rather too fiddly to use easily on a machine though.Not used as yet so unable to report on the quality or strength of the actual thread.

Very good value for money

There was a good variety of colours and strong thread.

I needed a variety of threads for sewing doll clothes. I like the case and the variety. I have bought korbond from supermarket end aisles before now and found the thread to be superior to most cheaper brands. However, this is only comparable to an aldi specialbuy or other cheap sewing kit. It’s thin, breaks easily, and there is not a lot on the reels. In comparison, I bought black korbond thread 5 years ago for repairing school uniform stuff and use it every week, it’s still going. I made one Barbie coat by hand with the pink from this set and you can see the reel through the remaining thread. Good if you only need a bit of thread but not for serious sewing.
