The build quality of this keyboard is amazing. It also feels very good to use and I love the linear switches! The only thing I don't like is the caps lock indicator; when it's on, the lights on the side of the keyboard will flash. However, it's not bright enough to see and I have to put my hand next to it to check. I would love if the LED for the caps lock key itself flashed instead. That would make way more sense and be way easier to tell! Even with the caps lock issue, I absolutely love this keyboard. I didn't know how I'd like the white keyboard since I've never had one before but it looks very clean! If you're thinking about buying this and can afford it, stop thinking and buy it already! You won't regret it and this will last you for years and years!

Of course another Glorious product that is amazing. Works perfectly and amazing quality! Very comfortable. Super easy to hook up and use right out of the package. Great adjustable options.

I got this thing and immediately I was in love. The switches they use on this keyboard are great. Amazing software for the product. Beautiful lighting effects. I am going from a 60% to the 96% keyboard and it has been great. I could not recommend this product more as long as you are okay with a wired keyboard.

I would like to give this product a higher review but the company does not support their products. Below is the chat transcript from their customer support, their only answer was "it's the PCs" fault and not theirs so good luck. The entire chat transcript is as follows the only edits I made were to remove my name. You are incorrect, the software you distribute with your devices is your responsibility to troubleshoot. I have sent my PC Build information. It worked yesterday and now it will not work. Nothing has changed. I have your 96% GMMK and your Model I wired. The Software opens fine, it is when it is trying to detect the keyboard and mouse that it crashes. I can use the keyboard and mouse for general PC operations, so the cords are working as intended. I replaced both cords anyway just to be sure. I purchased these cords directly from your site to ensure compatibility. I paid for a programmable keyboard and mouse to be able to use those features is expected. Throwing your hands up in the air because you don't have a clue is not very effective customer service. Troubleshooting steps Downloaded a fresh download of the client Uninstalled software completely removing all settings and configs, rebooted, reinstalled, no joy Purchased new cables for the mouse and keyboard from the website, no joy Power is getting to the devices as the onboard lighting is working I have verified all Windows drivers are up to date. The software installs with no errors The software opens once installed and tries to recognize the devices then crashes. Love the feel of this keyboard. Very solid. Its been 2+ months of use and with some pretty heavy use some keys have broken and needed replacing. Its common for keys to do this with kids that are heavy gamers. I replaced the keys that broke and so far so good. The only issue I am having is some keys are sticking. Even with gaming after 2 months this shouldn't be happening, so that is the only reason for a 4 star. Lights all work as intended and many options to choose from. Got a great deal over Christmas and so I feel they were worth it. Maybe not the full asking price as I have seen.

Fully modular and hot swappable, it’s got a key cap and switch pullers so you could fully swap the key caps to a different color or the switches for a different feel. Feels much better to type on than my membrane keyboard. Love the customizability and all the pretty rgb settings.

The switches are smooth linears, and the keycaps have a nice texture to them. The texture matches the matte finish on their mice. It is a really solid keyboard.
