Amazing for a starter
I am no professional or anything and by no means am I a gear head when it comes to guitars. However I can provide a learners view on the product. Its great too play feels goo and sturdy the amp sounds good considering and everything just feels quality and not like its going to break. Ok sure its not perfect and the jack on the back for headphone input and aux cord output to say a speaker are a little shoddy and aren't in place too well but its not broken yet so id say its fine. The amp is also rechargeable and lasts what seems like a life time. The guitar itself feels great in hand and too play. The satin finish makes it easy too play and the frets aren't sharp or anything which is a common problem on cheap guitars. The micro USB cable (Charger for the amp) is what you expect form a normal cheap product its short and not of amazing quality. The aux cable is the same deal. The instrument cable actually feels very good quality and not lie its gonna break and the coating on the cable feels good and not like a cheap crappy plastic. The strap isn't the best ever but does the job. The picks are well picks just a piece of plastic really but non the less feel good too use and haven't broken so far. The tuner is accurate as far as I can tell and the spare strings I haven't tested yet but assume they are the same as the ones on the guitar which feel just fine too me and my uncle but he did say they are a little on the light side for him but that personal preference so don't worry about that. The gig back is well padded but I wouldn't try throwing it around too much. The Allen keys/wrenches or whatever you prefer to call them are just bog standard nothing special. The capo does its job but its only plastic but to be honest that's all it needs to be.I gave this guitar too my uncle who has been playing for around 40 years to tune as he just wanted to see it but I also wanted to learn how to tune by ear. Anyway as soon as I handed it too him he was very impressed and compared it too his fender Stratocaster and sure they weren't identical but according too him for what it cost and for what you get its a steal. So combining what my uncle and I think. I believe this is a must have for anyone who wants a electric guitar and it is a great starting point too the world of guitar. This would be great as a present or just to buy to get into playing.

Well received gift
My husband has always said ‘I wish I learnt Guitar when I was younger’ well I thought why not now?? So I spent a long time researching which guitar would be best and when I found this and read the reviews I decided on this one. He absolutely loves it. It’s a lovely guitar, doesn’t feel cheap.

Super pleased with this guitar. It was perfect gift for my beginner 13yo daughter. It came with everything she needed to get going straight away. Amp is of good quality for the size of it too! - would highly recommend!!

Not for Beginners
My first dislike was the very poor or should i say unprotected box it was sent in.double boxing a guitar so that it arrives undamaged is a must!Amazon are still sending them out within only one unprotected box, which tome is not acceptable. If the guitar had not been in a gig bag it would have been badly damaged, thebox had two large holes in the back.Second and my main gripe that as supplied it was almost unplayable, the trem wasscrewed so tight to the body that it was impossible to move it without apply excessivepressure to the trem arm, so it was useless as a trem, the high action was like a wedge of cheese!Clearly these guitars are not sutable for beginners that don't know how to setup a guitar. At the price i paid i expected to have to do some setup work, but why fit a trem bridge and screwit tight against the body?.Some fret ends are sharp, so they will need attention. My advice, is that if you buy it for a beginner make sure you budget for a full setup, withoutit no beginner will thank you for it.You get what you pay for at this end of the market, please pay a bit more and and buy a better guitar from a store than can do a full setup. For an experienced player, it will be fine after some upgrades and full setupRecommended with caution.
