As shipped, the shape is in a tight ball. How do I reshape it into a fluffy open shape as pictured?

I wish I had a good answer for you, but I have had ZERO luck reshaping this. It's packed tightly and nothing I've tried has fluffed it. :(

Will this head fit on a painting Pole

Yes, it will as long as the pole tip is standard threaded, and most painter's poles are.

What is the brush diameter? Are the bristles stiff enough to use to clean out a dryer duct vent?

The diameter is just under 5˝ so it will fit in the typical 4˝ dryer vent. The bristles are stiff enough, but they all point forward. This may work OK, but likely would make it difficult to pull the dirt back out of the vent. If your goal is to dislodge the material so it can be blown out, I think that would work.

Wil, it angle to clean gutters from the ground?

This duster won’t but the pole has a piece that adjusts the angle and will do that

Great Accessory, easy to use & clean!

I debated whether I should purchase this accessory along with the DocaPole 6 - 24 foot Extension Pole, and I'm really glad I did. It's really handy for getting spider webs & dusting, ceilings, windows, corners, chandeliers, lights, etc. It's very easy to use and easy to clean. Just use soap and water. A very effective accessory to use with the extension pole.

So glad I found this. It’s absolutely wonderful. Great quality as well. I have used this on baseboards crown molding, grout showers window panes. I mean this thing works great. I’ll be ordering more. It has a multitude of ways to use it

Che delusione!

Ho comprato questo ragnatore perché dalla foto sembrava avesse le setole morbide e leggere rispetto e ragnatori comuni. Convinto dal prezzo elevato ho acquistato il prodotto pensando ha una qualità maggiore,invece purtroppo le setole sono dure e rigide quanto i ragnatori comuni e soprattutto l'attacco non è universale su tutti i bastoni come gran parte dei regnatori in vendita nei centri del bricolage o supermercati. Ho provveduto al reso...peccato..
