BRAVO ITALIA 2 BOWLS SLUSHIE MACHINE, 6.4 Gallons

We love this machine! And so do our neighbors, our adult kids, extended family, friends, people across the lake, and everyone else that has “happened to come by” when the news spread the machines were running!! Seriously, they really work well- just pay attention to the directions. You will get amazing service if you need it ASAP and in the moment. We had am 80th birthday party going and we were able to call Alberto in the spot and he answered and walked me through what we needed. I highly recommend!! Noise isn’t too bad and we have ours in a laundry room, cleaning isn’t bad, and super easy to use.

This is an outstanding machine! Easy to use and easy to clean up. The device comes pre set to make slushees so there is no fuss when it comes to setting a temperature.Customer service is top of the line! I have contacted the owner 2 times and the first time he called me within the hour and the second time I received an email from him in less than 15 minutes!Great company and great service from what I have seen.The package arrived in a crate that would protect the device from any shipping damage that I could imagine.If you buy the product and decide to make your own mixes - buy a brix meter. It’s the only other thing you need.Thank you very much for a great experience!

This product is not as shown it is difficult to use, it has a 12 page manual to read but has no recipes to make any slushees with. When you call the service rep Alberto he says you have to have a certain % of alcohol in the machine in order for it to work properly. No where in his manual says that or much of anything else. We used it once, it was soooo thick you could dispense the margarita and along time to set up and figure out. It is not that simple to operate. To. Return i the wants a 40-60% restocking feeThe worst product i have ever purchase very disappointed

I absolutely love this machine it is very easy to use and such a treat especially at parties. The most important of all is the outstanding customer service Alberto is very helpful with any trouble shooting you may have. I have called on several occasions to ask about the machine no matter what day of the week or time of the day my call was always answered by Alberto. I am a business owner myself I appreciate good customer service. I can't say enough about it, the one on one walk you through any questions I have had. I recommend this product to everyone I will never own a different brand I love it so much I purchased a machine for my Parents. Thank you Alberto

First, this machine makes excellent slushies! Easy to use and easy to change the temperature of the liquid. Instructions are obviously translated from another language to English but, are easy to understand. The machine also comes with a spare set of gaskets and gasket lube, which is a big plus. The downside to this machine is that it is loud. When I say loud, I mean it is like a turbo prop aircraft taking off! If you're going to use this in a home, or in an area of your business where people assemble, no one will be able to have a conversation if they are in the vicinity. It is built very well and I'm sure the fan issue will help the electronics and electrical components last a longer time. It weighs around 100 lb so, make sure you have help when you are moving it. I won't buy another one of these for my winery because it is so loud.

Machine worked somewhat good for 1 year.Had issues with leakage out of spouts. Had to rig to stop but it worked. All of a sudden after 1 year it started notnworking correctly. Now it won't get cold and seller is no help and product is no not available. A lot of money for 1 year. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Let’s start with how beautiful the machine itself is, stainless steel color, super beautiful! While we are talking about it the machine is super easy to clean, even the insides of the machine is not very difficult to clean than most machines, the inside pieces assemble and disassemble rather quickly, just have to hear the the tanks click in, super easy! It only Takes about 45 minutes to completely become slushy which is wonderful time. I think that the machine doesn’t make much noise at all it’s not “quite” but definitely better than industry standard for this size of machine. Love that I can change the thickness of slushy. Anyways overall great purchase! Oh and great customer service as well if you are on the fence about a machine this is the margarita/slushy you want to go with!!!!

This was a great machine for us. It worked well for years, even outdoors in Florida heat. We ran it for many hours almost daily in the summers. Sadly you can not get anyone to service the machine unless you have it in a business, as every company I called was not insured to come into a private home. Know that if you purchase this for your home you will not be able to get it fixed when needed.
