SO MANY GREAT RECIPES
I LOVE THE Zero Belly Diet. It is more of a life style. I am always up for new recipes from an author I trust. The Green Eggs and Bacon Omelet is a winner and the Apricot-Jackpot French Toast is a new family favorite. I can't wait to explore more recipes in this book of Breakfast. Everything is simple to make and so far taste very good. I recommend all the Zero Belly books.

Great cookbook!
Great recipe book for sticking to the Zero Belly plan. I have one cookbook for Zero Belly and thought this would be a great companion. This cookbook contains a lot of great recipes for not only breakfast, but what you could use for lunch as well, if needed. Easy to follow with 'tips' as in the other cookbook about changing your way of eating. Highly recommended!

Great recipes and some really good research
Great recipes and some really good research. I like the explanations of how to eat specifically for weight loss without compromising calorie intake. The breakfasts are easy... easy to make, easy to shop for, and easy to eat! Delicious. I am glad I bought this book and I recommend it.

Wasn't quite for me.
I am not much of a cook and when I do cook I like simple and easy. Some of these recipes are simple and easy but I felt a majority of them would take me too long to cook before work. I would have to get up an extra 30-45 minutes to cook some of these recipes but that is me. This may not hold true for some of you. Looks like it has some good recipes but feel like I bought into more of the hype than anything else. BUT this could be a problem with me and not the recipes in this book. It just doesn't work for me as I had hoped it would only due to the fact it doesn't fit into my morning routine.

Great book!
I haven't made any of these recipes yet, but intend to, but have been reading it, and it sounds very interesting. If I follow these recipes, I am look forward to losing some weight.

Perfect way to start the day!
Best deal for the money, and I know it works. A friend lost 10 pounds in one week on Zero Belly and these breakfast recipes helped her do it. I made the overnight oats, the smoothies, and five of the egg dishes, and all took minutes to make and were delicious. So far I've lost three pounds and I'm not stopping. I think I know why: they all have lean proteins, healthy fats and low calories. Perfect way to start the day!

More than just breakfast
Love, Love, Love this book. Great recipe ideas. These recipes can be used for more than just breakfast. Calorie, fat and sugar content for each recipe allow you to monitor your intake. I have several of these books, this by far is one of the best.
