Excellent Alternative To Regular Band Aid
In the winter I get these small painful cracks in my skin, on my fingertips, right below my fingernail. In can be annoyingly painful and hard to get a band aid on that spot that stays on. This stuff works great. Dries quickly, clear, not sticky, waterproof. Benzalkonium chloride is antiseptic so it kills any nasty germs. 4% Lidocaine is topical anesthetic so it helps to relieve the pain. No sting when applying. Can be applied up to 3 times a day. Excellent for minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. Great for adults and kids.

Works very well
Goes on easily, I appreciate that the liquid has a color going on and dries clear. It DOES need to be reapplied as it wears off unlike actual super glue. BUT, super glue isn't safe for human or animal skin (per my MD). I work with cardstock and thin thin cardboard and papercuts can damage the project with blood so this is great!!

Bactine liquid bandage
Used it for a finger wound that due to hand washing all day, regular bandages don’t work. It’s helping when nothing else would.

Works Like a Charm
I have been struggling with anxiety related picking for a long time now. Unfortunately, because it’s around places like my toes and fingers, a regular bandage doesn’t work well. I was picking so much I made the area raw and sometimes bled, so I needed something to act as a barrier. This worked very well. It made the area much less painful, even as my toes rubbed my socks. It did sting a bit on the open wounds but that dissipated quickly. My only complaint is it does sort of peel off and that can be uncomfortable. Also, you do have to apply a pretty thin layer or it takes ages to dry and is sticky. Best to put layers on one at a time if you need a thicker amount. The applicator is sturdy enough but still flexible enough for curved skin. Very happy with this product.

Not Great
Just not as good a product as the original Liquid Bandage. I get fingertip splits in the winter & so tried this product instead of the original. Mistake! Even after shaking bottle before application per directions, does not go on well or stay. Tried extending the drying time, repeated layers, etc. Product just does not work well. Even checked expiration date-its still plenty fresh. Stick with the original.

An honest review, this product is great!
I get deep dry skin splits on the tips of my fingers and thumbs every so often, painful to say the least. If any kind of hand lotion, new skin liquid' bandage get in these cracks, the sting is... I can't say it here (I tried superglue one time... om4g never again!) So I tried this Bactine stuff and doesn't sting, at all! It's a bit thinner than 'glue skin' but two coats solves that, also without the 'if I put this bottle under my nose and took a few big whifs, I'd probably be high as a kite?' smell. It's fairly tough too, trust me, I can't wear glove for most the stuff I do so I use it as an alternative to paper medical tape, which the only thing thin enough that stay on my digits for any reasonable ammount of time because just any kind of band-aid ha!...pfft. So now I keep a little bottle of this stuff with me everywhere I go and to any reader here who knows what I'm talking about and might also suffer from these pesky little fingertip nightmares, I'd highly recommended trying this product.
