Looks great, but poor performance...
The media could not be loaded. I liked it as it seemed to be well built and robust. But it’s bulkier and heavier than other one. The disappointment was that it couldn’t provide continuous power to 2 small USB pumps (3W each). It just kept turning off and on as you could see in the video. Very strange, my other power bank with or without solar panels didn’t have any issues. Also it seems to be charging my iPhones very slow compared with Anker power bank.

Decent, but not exceptional performance, and solar more frustrating than useful.
Like:- Decent charging performance - not the fastest-charging bank I own, but likely reliable in the field.- Good discharging performance - supports 18W PD output and QC2.0 on port 2.- Excellent light options - good flashlight, and good flood for camping + night mode.Dislike:- Solar is mediocre and will likely frustrate, but does do what it claims.- Would benefit GREATLY from a 0-100% indicator rather than a 4-LED indicator for the fuel gauge.- Could charge such a large battery faster from capable PD sources.- Has a waterproof port cover that's annoying and in the way, despite not actually being a waterproof device.- Seems to throttle down in charging speed from a fast source well before the battery needs it to. Takes well over 4h to charge only half-way from a USB-PD supply.- True capacity is 15% less than claimed (but still good for the physical size of the device)Bottom line: Decent power bank, but others at this price point perform better, and you'd be better off with a separate solar panel to carry only when you might need it.Charging performance:This power bank will fast-charge from nearly any source that supports it, including a PD source OR QuickCharge2.0 at up to 19W (9V@~2+A). When plugged into an "Apple 2.4A"-rated USB-A port, it'll reliably draw 2A for a total of ~10W. I even managed a test where the CC pin on my USB-C cable was disconnected, and it pulled the maximum 5V/3A from my USB-C source. I do notice that it has a tendency, plugged into a PD source, to throttle back below that 19W number what looks like BEFORE the battery enters the constant-voltage charging phase and tapers off naturally. Looking at this a little more carefully, it seems to go back and forth between 19W and 10W, suggesting that the charge controller thermal design isn't sufficient for operating at 19W. In general, it DOES pretty aggressively pull power out of whatever it's plugged into, so you don't have to worry too much about picking the best charger /for this bank/, just pick the best one you have. But failing to maintain the expected fast-charge rate and regularly dropping down to half of that for significant time is concerning.Discharge performance:The USB-C port supports PD output at 18W (9V2A) max. I have power banks of this size that support higher power output, but 18W is definitely useful even for a laptop, and I've seen banks of this size with lower max output too. Output port 2 supports QC2.0, which is also useful. Port 1 doesn't, and it's not easy at a glance to tell the difference, though the specs written on the side do reflect this.Capacity performance:This bank claims 99Wh of capacity, which is frankly huge. Two other banks I have of similar physical size claim 74Wh. I drained the bank to the point where the lights wouldn't even stay on and measured energy used to charge to full at 91Wh. Given efficiency losses while charging, that means the true capacity is definitely less than 91Wh. Discharging at 10W from full, I measured 76Wh into the load. Ballparking that true capacity is directly between the two, that means real capacity of this bank is 83.5Wh, or about 15% less than claimed. I have a few off-brand Chinese power banks that don't meet their spec, but most of them at least have ratings that fall inside the range measured by charging vs discharging. On the plus side, 15% below rating is better than the 40% below rating I measured on a different power bank this week.Light performance:I'm actually quite impressed with the light options on this bank. The two forward-facing LEDs are VERY bright, and are also able to run for quite a while after the USB outputs give up and turn off. You have to drain the bank VERY far, USING the lights, before it'll leave you in the dark, so that's cool. The flood light is also quite useful for something like camping. I'll add a caveat, the "mosquito repellent light" isn't - mosquitos can't SEE light towards the red end of the spectrum, so "mosquito mode" leaves them in the dark. But it doesn't repel them, and it's unclear how this light even works. At best, using mosquito mode will leave you just as bite-prone as if you had the lights off. However, since it's a much softer white light than the main panel, it might be useful in its own right for later in the night when you don't want to be blinded by harsh white light. I like it, mosquitos or not.Solar performance:Long story short: solar power in an application like this is VERY limited, and it's VERY likely to disappoint, but this bank DOES perform as it claims. One big drawback of such a big power bank is that, because the solar panel has a very low output relative to the energy the bank can store, moving the fuel gauge will be nearly impossible, so it'll look like it's not working at all. This bank claims a 99Wh capacity. If the solar panel were continuously producing the 6W it's rated for, it would take 16.5 hours to fill this bank. Solar panels don't produce their rated capacity except when you point them straight at the high-noon sun with no cloud cover (maybe, depending on season and latitude!) If it's not noon, or the panel isn't perfectly pointed at the sun, or you're at a high latitude, you'll get lower output - this is called fill factor. Over the course of a full day, constantly pointing the panel correctly, you might get something like an average 30% of the panel's rated output for the hours sun actually hits it. In other words, with this 6W panel operating as designed and described, it may well take you two full days of constant work to light up one extra dot on the 4-LED fuel gauge.BUT! The solar panel IS doing work, and IS useful, if you're desperate. I drained my bank completely then left it out in the sun midday for a few hours, and measured what it accumulated for power. Propping the panel up to face the sun and moving it 2-3 times so it wasn't in shadow, I managed to save up 2.76 Wh. That's about enough to charge your phone for half an hour and make a few calls. The bottom line on Solar is, it does work, but you'd almost certainly be better off with a comparable power bank and an EXTERNAL solar panel that you only carry camping or whatever, and can more easily attach where it'll get good sun.

I totally happy, ended disappointed on product and service.
UPDATE: I have to update review as the company made good and sent me a new charger. A few upgrades on the new battery, main one being a Velcro strap to secure solar panels. So far so good. I’m happy they provided me with a new charger!!This solar charger was fantastic for 3.5 months. Holds charge well, charged phone and other electronics fast. Solar panels are ok, really just keeps it from going dead. I was very pleased. I kept it charged via ac power, never an issue - I was very happy with this product.Last week, as I was heading out for a hike, I grabbed the charger. I immediately noticed something wrong. The entire case was a bit swollen and charger Seemed to be out of energy. I plugged it into the ac power and nothing. Over the last week, the case has swollen so much (clearly the battery failed and was getting bigger by the day). It’s was done. As I looked up my order, my return window had past. But hey. Clearly this is defective. Everyone seems very happy with it, like I was. I contacted the seller, on Monday. I immediately got a response from Liz asking me for my order number and that she would see what they can do. It’s Thursday, and I’ve yet to hear back. I e sent replies with no response. So not only did I get faulty charger, it appears I’ve been blown off by Liz. Double whammy. So, I wouldn’t recommend this product or the seller based on the above. The battery continues to swell, I’ve had to relocate it outside just in case.......So, I guess I’ll be replacing this on my own dime, and at this point I’ll find another charger and company. Liz, if you read this, still time to make this right.Thank you

Great product for camping, not suitable if you plan to carry this with you everywhere
Due to the Corona virus, I find myself having a lot of time to write review (lol).First of all, I don't know how long this product will last. So far, the battery bank still holds charges pretty well after about 50 cycles. Second, this battery is pretty good and provide enough power because am able to charge my note 10+ phone and Nintendo Switch while using without issue. Third, gosh, the LED light and mosquitos light are really bright. Now your favorite parts, the consThis thing is heavy, yes really heavy and sturdy. I feel like I can give someone a concussion if I throw this thing at their head. Also, the solar panels is really loose and it's hard to hold the unit and the phone together (because of this, I took 1 star off, no choice, no option to take half the star). And last, Dear manufacture/ designer, if you can make something to hold the solar panels and the unit together, that would be great.

Heavy duty solar power bank for outdoor activities.
This is great while outdoor where a power source is not available. This charger is sturdy and heavy. It will not fit in your pocket, its a bit cumbersome to hold. The power bank does take a while to charge up using the 4 solar panels (about 4-5 days of constant sunlight to be fully charged). And, yes you can plug it into an outlet to charge. There are two outputs so you can charge two devices at once. The flashlight is super bright and the lantern is pretty cool and has a mosquito repellent mode. Overall a great power bank for camping, hiking or other outdoor activities!
