I have struggled with facial hair for years (thanks to my Italian heritage). Now I'd gotten professional laser sessions done before and my facial hair did go away for awhile....but when i got pregnant with my son my hormones got really messed up and with all of the prenatals I took my facial hair came back with vengeance. I damn near had a beard and as a woman I was highly embarrassed and felt extremely self conscious but I couldn't afford going to a clinic again to get laser sessions done like I did before plus i wanted something more convenient for myself....sooooo I looked and found this one. Now, I had my doubts when I bought this ipl machine because most home ipl's typically aren't as strong as professional ipl's that esteticians use but this one had listed unlimited flashes unlike most so that was the selling factor for me. I bought this in July of 2022 & there were very few reviews on this machine to go by but I went ahead and bought it anyway and I am so glad I did. I didn't even use it as many times as I was supposed to use it and in less than 3 weeks my woman beard was gone...yayyyy!!! I have used it on other areas of my body and now i almost resemble a naked mole rat lmbo!! Needless to say it is worth buying and will save you tons of money( clinics typically charge around $120-$160 per session per area & it takes at least 6 sessions to get rid of hairs + retouch sessions every 6mo.-1yr) so you do the math. If that wasn't enough it has an amazing cooling feature that makes lasering painless, has many different settings for different body parts, and different interchangeable heads to even help your skin absorb lotions & serums better. This is the Lamborghini of ipl's because it is fully functional, does it all, and is truly a beautifully made machine. This has it all my friends. Just buy it & thank me later!!!

My pain tolerance in extremely low. The cooling effect is what sold me. I realize how helpful it was actually going to be. I'm glad it has 3-speed cooling adjustment, I recommend using the highest cooling for people who are afraid of pain, I didn't even feel any pain during the whole treatment, I am very happy with the cooling system!!In additional, this hair removal device with upgrade touch screen and 6 energy levels, you just need to slide the zone mode you want and adjust the energy level with the on/off button to start hair removal, you can also press and hold the treatment button for 2 seconds to switch to auto mode, whole body hair removal process took only 8 minutes, it's really easy to use, I love it so much.The most satisfying thing for me is that it comes with three extra caps, and I use SR for skin care after hair removal, I really achieve salon effect at home. I was skeptical about this product, specially for the price, but I got it leading up to my vacation, and within those 5-6 weeks and I have no need left for shaving! It’s pretty amazing. I’m still using it often for the IR skin treatment, and while that takes longer for results, it seems to be working pretty well, too. Highly recommended!

Update: With in a couple of days after contacting customer service about the defective unit, I had a replacement at my door. Could not have asked for a better experience. This is also the most effective IPL I have ever used. For me it's been totally worth the price.Original: The metal reflector around the bulb broke and squeezed in, leaving exposed areas. That side now heats up more than it did before.

The hair on my legs always bothered me, I used to shave it with a razor and every time I shaved it was uncomfortable. And it hurts! I've been looking for a good depilator. I'd like to buy it and try it on. After I tried it, I felt very comfortable and didn't have any pain. This product is very good! Now my legs look very clean, without the hair they used to have. I am very happy!

I have used others that cost more and you can’t control the levels but with this one you can! Some areas are more sensitive than others - just dial down or dial up.The auto flash is awesome just touch target area and flash. I wish it came with a bag because using the box is hassle. If you are reading “control” is a key factor for the best results.

I paid alot for this laiser but unfortunately I don’t like it because it didn’t even reduce the hair growing,One star is even too much for this*

Impossible to turn on, not user friendly, it doesn’t show any screen to tell you the mode you’re using, too expensive to not have easy set up and modes.
