Short drawstring and tight rollers
The drawstring of the blinds is short and only reaches half the height of the window. The roller mechanism is so tight that you need to pull it with two hands. Impossible for an elderly person to use. The only reason I'm not returning it is because it's such a pain to uninstall and pack it.

Good product
Good product. Installation is easy if you have all the tools like a grinding machine, hammer, screwdriver. They have supplied screws and screw bullets but these were too long. I used from my stock. The movement is smooth and free. Material is ok. These were the cheapest amongst all other brands on Amazon. Unfortunately the seller has bungled snd sent me 1 pc against order of 2.

Length is only 78” and not 84”
The product was only 78” long which is 6” short. I ordered 2 pieces to be installed side by side. One is 80” and the other only 78” long. Having installed these at a height I have to call the installers once again to return and claim a refund. I am stuck with this defective item.

The blind curtain is of good quality, but the roller is a bit tight and the plastic could have been a better quality. Over all good product
