Proven effective

The B9 Upsets Guts
I recently learned about the three different kinds of Vitamin B12 and thought that I would give this a try. Instructions said to take on an empty stomach. This contains Vitamin B9 as well, something I didn't see when I ordered. A side effect of B9 is gastrointestinal issues--this is what happened to me. I will try again with food.
