The media could not be loaded. It's been an absolute lifesaver! Setting it up was straightforward since I'm always out and about, though I reckon the instructions could be more user-friendly for those who aren't quite as comfortable with technology.When I first opened the package and had a proper look, I was a bit surprised by its size - rather larger than I'd expected. That said, I've got to give credit where it's due; the included battery has been brilliant for those longer trips. The connectivity speed is fantastic, and I've had no trouble at all connecting my laptop, tablet and mobile simultaneously.Just the other day, whilst wandering around London on a work trip, the 5G network coverage was consistently reliable. I only had one small niggle when I noticed the password was visible on the display, but I quickly sorted that by setting up a PIN lock.What I particularly love is being able to use my own SIM card. After doing the maths, I realised it works out much cheaper than their subscription plans! It would be lovely if it could boost my home Wi-Fi signal too, but you can't have everything, can you? Despite that small gripe, it's proven to be an essential gadget that keeps me connected wherever I roam.

Good product, easy to set up and easy to use, small size and light weight, it's good for travel as well.Compare our mobile broadband, this one is better and cheaper, also the speed is faster than what I thought.

I bought this for travelling. It was easy to set up but the instructions were a little confusing. My first impressions are that it is well made but bigger than it looks in the pictures. But I understand the bulk is necessary for a big enough battery to give you long use. I haven't had it long enough to test the endurance but seeing as it's quite chunky I'd assume it's decent.Popped the data sim in and it was up and running fine. I changed the default password for the hotspot but after carefully selecting a long random password I was disappointed to see that the home screen displays it in plain text for anyone to see! This is a terrible oversight for security. And it's obviously not intentional as when you go to the change password section it masks the password as you would expect.But the workaround is enabling a lock screen that requires a PIN to get past. Just remember to lock the device if you leave it lying around.

Brilliant bit of kit. Easy to setup, light and easily fits in a pocket. Easily coped with three devices connected to it and even faster in areas where 5g available.

This WiFi router is advertised as dual band (5G and 4G) WiFi mobile router simultaneously connecting to 16 devices but this router does not automatically switch between 4G and 5G Wifi signals. You manually select a band (4G or 5G) and it stays at that. This means others in your family can not connect to this router unless their device is also of same band with which you have selected.In practical terms, at any given time, this router will work just like a single-person-use costly 5G dongle or a 4G router.This WiFi router is not fit for the purpose. It is just waste of money. Avoid it.

Very well packaged, clear and easy to install app but don’t be fooled you do not need to sign up to a glocalme plan.I used a SIM card from EE, unlimited data and 5g for approx £25 a month, far cheaper than their subscriptions. Easy to set up but to avoid confusing the modem insert the SIM card after you’ve set the app or if gets a little confused. Off and running in less than ten mins, although changing the device name and password on the screen is fiddly when you have hands like shovels, only hold up for me, I use it a service provision for clients in my car, is the device will not accept a name with a space, which is the only teeny tiny negative I can see so far, on 5g download speeds of 80 mbps and uploads of 35mbps, 4g up to 25/5. You can easily spend twice as much for a competitor device but this works perfectly……

Excellent would recommend. Purchased this with a EE 5G unlimited data sim with expiry date of June 2024. This is a one off payment sim and works perfect in the UK. Easy to switch between 2.4 GHz and 5GHz. Living in central London there is no problem with 5G. Note this device does not work on older smart phones and tablets such as apple iPhone 11 Pro Max etc. I have connected this without any issues to my apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and apple 11 pro tablet. If you are looking for a decent case then check out the Akshide double spectacle case which is made of soft leather and sells for £12.99 on Amazon. Perfect fit.
