GEN 218 Standard Bath Tissue, 1-Ply, 1000 Sheets (Case of 96 Rolls)

So I was running out of TP. I usually purchase a case of Scott 1000 sheet rolls but they are CRAZY expensive now. So, I figured I'd take a chance and buy a case of these. I've read the other reviews and was a LITTLE nervous about the quality and thickness of the rolls. It is, indeed, a bit less thick. But it certainly does the job! A note for those with a septic system, you NEED to buy this item! Since it is slightly less thick, it will dissolve far better than the thicker versions. The rolls are housed in a pretty flimsy box and at one point, my box was split open. Someone at Amazon spent the better part of a half hour affixing about a roll and a half of packing tape to tape it back up. All rolls were present, yes, I counted. I do need a life, I know.Overall, I will buy this product again. My wife is fine with it as she uses more for obvious reasons.

Does what its suppose to, good to have on hand and makes a great gift, everyone needs it.

Toilet paper is great but...the package box is not strong even all damaged bent please get better and stronger box 🙏

I discovered this product and Amazon basic toilet paper at the beginning of the "pandemic" toilet paper became almost impossible to get before I was buying the 1000 sheet single ply Scott tp. Good stuff but can't find it anywhere. I ordered my first case around there years ago and will not use anything else number one I like consistently shopping today is hit or miss as far as what is available this is a very reliable source for tp and at an incredible price compared to what is available in stores secondly if use properly it lasts longer than double ply which also frequently plugs up low flow toilets thirdly the price and convenience of having a case of toilet paper delivered to your door. I keep at least 5 cases I never want to through that BS pandemic panic buying nonsense again. Lastly think about how high everything is today do you really need to spend than kind of money because a cartoon bear tells you how soft it is and "enjoy the go" weird. This is a very good and reasonably priced product it is more than soft enough to wipe your ass

Each roll lasts me a long time even when double and tripled up.

I would share a pic, but this feature is not working but really wanted to let the buyer beware and get this review out there. I received a box with brown wrapping paper to fill the gaps of where the rolls I ordered should be. could clearly see something was not right upon opening the box, so I counted the rolls. I ordered 96 rolls only received 71 rolls very dissappointed. now ill be lugging this box to return for a refund and no toilet paper.

The toilet paper WAS NOT in its original box as pictured. It looked like the rolls were carelessly "dumped" into the AMAZON box and sent out. The rolls were "unraveled" and "open," and in disorder in the box. The AMAZON box itself was good, but the items inside WERE NOT.I returned as UNACCEPTABLE to AMAZON via UPS at no charge.Thank you AMAZON.Unfortunately for me, the credit hasn't been issued because the AMAZON return center hasn't received it VS issuing a credit when the carrier scans the item.What an unpleasant experience: unacceptable item, returned item, no refund and still, no toilet paper. THIS, WAS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF "TRYING" TO SAVE MONEY, BUYING BULK.

The media could not be loaded.  This bath tissue claims a 1000 sheets per roll. However comparing this to the actual brand name that claims a 1000 sheets per roll someone is mistaken. I can fit the empty tube roll inside this products tube roll. (See video) A slightly tight fit but it demonstrates to me that there may be a discrepancy between which brand is actually counting correctly. In all fairness i do not have a full roll of the national brand for comparison but i think the national brand is wound a little tighter as well, so size of tube and spool i have to give those 2 rounds to the national brand, this brand attempts to print a quilt into the fabric and that round is split since the quilt is nice but quilting may allow less winding and therefore less paper. So the national brand wins on a split decision. But at this point in time when tissue is at a premium if available at all im glad to have it, but i will return to my national brand as it comes available. Again to be fair, this tissue worked out to $.62 a roll as the other can vary from $.75-83 a roll. So the price may be a break even point. Im not going to count either roll. And where as the national brand guarantees 1000 sheets this brand (as you can see by the picture and the sly way they word it) may be able to split hairs and claim its a branding name and not a guarantee or claim (for legal reasons) so i give it 3 stars but right now its gold!
