Can't be shipped to California?

there could be several reasons they will not ship to your area. it may be too cold and would kill the plants also your state may restrict the types of plants/animals (considered invasive if plants/animals get into the local eco system). i would suggest that you check with a local aquarium club to see if they can offer a substitute

How do you reach seller? Sent insert to contact if problem yet no contact info. Plants didn't last 1 week. All dying.

I just went to the orders clicked on there was a problem with my order then I clicked on damaged defective idea. From there it asked if I would like to request return or contact seller.

How do I keep these from getting sucked into my skimmer?

The quality of their plants are awesome I made the mistake of put some in with my bio wheel and it destroyed them. My remaining are now on my tanks that I run sponge filters only and they are perfect. Sorry I cannot speak for an exact answer for your skimmer.

Will any of these survive a zone 5 winter?
