Of all the supplements I take, BGA is the one that I notice the most. It is a significant energy boost. I know that BGA can occasionally become toxic, that is the nature of Algae. I trust that American Health is testing their batches. I have been a consumer of BGA for at least 20 years and never had a problem.

I have been using BGA for years. If you are trying to figure out what is in it as to try to determine how or why it should work, you are wasting your time. It just works. I have used this brand before and will continue to. I usually take 5 in the morning. Or if I am going out and will drink I take 5 more before I leave which I will explain later. If your digestive tract is up to par then your intestines will absorb it, if not, well then it does not. So a cleanse before you use this stuff is in order. I find I have more energy and think clearer, and I can play guitar better, and that is one reason why I take it. My automatic hand muscle-brain playing is in gear when I take this stuff. Scares me that I need it as I wonder why, by it does work for me. What I could once again play what I learned decades ago. Without it I get somewhat clumsy in my playing and it does not flow. I also stumbled upon the fact that for me, it reduces the effect of alcohol so if I think I might be drinking I down 5 of them before I go out. It also keeps me more awake. I love the natural smell of BGA and this product does not add any weird fishy smells that I found in one other high rated brand. All of this stuff comes from a very small group of harvesters/wholesalers so for me the main differences are what the capsule is made of and the cost.

My Spanish teacher told our whole class to take Blue Green Algae, so I thought I'd try it. He said it would help us to learn and retain the lessons. Being 65 years old, I was skeptical but had nothing to lose and bought this off Amazon. All I can say is that it works for me! I take 2 caps in the morning and it helps me remember and it helps me to find the elusive words that I sometimes forget. You know..... the "I've got it on the tip of my tongue" moments. I find myself remembering things that I had forgotten years ago... If I forget to take it, then I feel more "foggy-brain". It really makes difference. I believe it's due to the Chlorophyl in it and being able to pass through the blood brain barrier. That's a good thing! I also checked the company (America Health) online and found it to be a safe reputable company. After doing some research, and comparing other products, I found this price to be very reasonable. I hope it works as well for you.
