I use the oil for salad dressings, drizzle on toast and mix it with chick peas when making hummus. The flavor is fresh tasting and much better than other olive oils.

I love this olive oil so much that I’ve put it in my subscribe and save. It’s always packaged really well with a good amount of padding and has never been delivered broken (about 6 deliveries). It comes in a dark green glass bottle (clear glass can cause olive oil to spoil faster) so this helps preserve the oil’s freshness. Its rich green in color and the aroma, while light, smells delicious!My family and I swoon over this olive oil because it has a light flavor with just a touch of fruitiness. My kids are picky and some olive oils really bother them, but not this one. There is absolutely zero bitterness to this oil so it’s a win for everyone. It works beautifully in dressings, Italian cooking, or just drizzled on bread with herbs.I’d describe it as being a medium viscosity oil—lighter than some of the heavier olive oils on the market but definitely thicker than others.If you’re looking to switch to high quality olive oil that you and your family will love I highly recommend you try this one!!

Olive oil should not be used in sautéing or baking at high temperatures as it becomes unhealthy; carcinogenic and a trans fat.All the great reviews are spot on! Great flavor and quality. It would be better if the Mild & Fruity were organic like the Green & Balanced variety.

I really like olive oil in my food and have spent several years finding and trying the best olive oils. Be careful and make sure that what you get is 100% olive oil. Some brands are really blends of olive with other oils. I think I have tried all the award winning olive oils I could find and I think this O-Live is the best value for the money. It is a 1st class olive oil at a very reasonable price. If you enjoy olive oil like I do, be sure to sample all the best ones. They all have a different flavor profile you will enjoy.

This oil is a great all purpose olive oil that has won awards. It is mild with no peppery taste but has good flavor

This product is a winner! It tastes very good, light not too strong. In general, the degree of acidity in the oil, expressed in oleic acid, must be no more than 0.8 g per 100 g and this oil is at 0.2 % acidity level that only the best extra virgin olive oils can deliver.As an Italian, I know pretty well how a good extra virgin olive oil should taste and this oil is no less than any common extra virgin olive oil from Italy. I definitely recommend it.
