Supertech Block Guard - CIVIC - - - BG-D15-D16 - D16Z6

Getting a block guard was recommended by the rebuilder of my engine for higher Turbo boost. He said when he installed it the tolerences were so tight it had to be pressed in and that it didn't need to be welded.

There was a .010" gap, so essentially it does nothing. The instructions are vague as to weather or not it should be press fit, and/or rebored. I messaged supertech, and they said they do not know why it does not fit, and I should return it. They would not give me measurement of what this should be, or fit like. It's a joke. I tried to fit it in 2 different blocks. Same thing. As it is, it is a license to steal.
