I was a little sceptical clicking the Buy button, there are a lot of negative reviews out there for this headset. I am running on the latest firmware, everything updated, and have no problems whatsoever. On Windows 11, I just make sure my Output and Input (in sound settings) are set to Jabra Link 380). Sound quality is excellent, and noise-cancelling for me, and people I am speaking to is fantastic. I have a USB-A adapter for my main machine, and bought a second dongle, USB-C, for my laptop. No problem connecting to either - although I don't have them connected simultaneously. I strongly recommend these. They are comfortable, the sound and noise-cancelling is excellent, and the battery life is absolutely the best. Easily get a full day of meetings out of them.

I've been using these for a month now and they are great. Audio quality is good and the mic audio is good most of the time. Occasionally I have to lift the mic up and down again to reset the mic as the audio is muffled. Other than that they have been great, perfect for a noisy office.

sound quality is up to the mark. mic is exceptional when talking on road or crowded area. Battery life is good as im using this for 4 days (3hrs talk time a day). Design is classic perfect for smaller and big skill. Durability is depends on how you are using it. Swift Connectivity between laptop and mobile phone. Perfect headphones for office use and personal use. i can definitely say its value for money . Jabra software allows you to customize the settings as per your convenient which is good. Boom Arm is also good and stylish. Weight is slightly reduced compare to earlier versions.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with both a defective headset I purchased and the subsequent lack of response from Amazon regarding my refund. I bought the headset 7 months ago, and 2 months ago, it was riddled with issues. The sound quality was poor and the microphone was faulty. After attempting to troubleshoot these problems to no avail, I decided to return the product. Amazon received the returned headset over a month ago, yet I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. We don’t have any option on the app to contact customer service. This lack of efficiency and transparency is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better from Amazon. This experience has significantly shaken my confidence in purchasing from your platform in the future. I urge you to address this matter promptly and process my refund without any further delay. ******update***** Today is 09/Sep/24 - Amazon is cheating and not refunding my money for the faulty product!!!

I have noticed a great degree of comfort with these for all day use. I had to upgrade my jabra evolve 65 as the rotating pin broke leaving the ear muff dangling. The sound quality on these is superb, but one thing I am still getting used to is the microphone not sitting directly in front of your mouth. I had instances where a couple of colleagues were talking next to me and the microphone picked their voice instead. But routinely, the cancellation is really good with overall noisy spaces. All in all, really happy with the purchase and a great upgrade form my previous jabra.

Best headphone but does not hold battery more than 10 hours. I just use it for daily 2-3 hour calls and battery shows low. Charging battery takes more than 2 hours. Company claimes it should work for 36 hours but its not work , battery consumption is high. Not sure , I might have received faulty one. I discussed Amazon and they have initiated return and refund. Amazon is always best for customer.

I use them for a noisey office. Quite light, controls are intuitive, can connect two devices, noise cancellation is pretty good, you can still hear muffled talking and talk through mode helps when talking to colleagues without having to take off.

Wszystko jest super, jedyne ale kieruję do ANC. Owszem na tzw. open space bardzo dobrze wytłumia "szumy" z otoczenia ale o wytłumianiu ludzi którzy rozmawiają obok Ciebie można zapomnieć. Oczywiście...słychać ich o wiele słabiej i nie przeszkadza ich mowa, ale mimo wszystko są. Podsumowując: poza ANC reszta to rewelacja. Współpraca z kompem i z androidem bezproblemowa. Przełączenia się między urządzeniami jednocześnie podłączonymi: super. Wg mnie na dołączonym tzw. donglu jest ciut głośnej niż po bluetooth bezpośrednio z urządzenia.

Ce casque Jabra tient toutes ses promesses. L'autonomie est énorme. Le confort présent même sur ma grosse tête. Fonctionnement sans problèmes avec smartphone et pc. Quasi pas de latences via le dongle pc. Appli smartphone propre et qui ne nécessite pas de créer un compte ! Et les prestations sonores sont très bonnes pour la musique.

I bought this headset (Ms version) a month ago and it suits my needs very well: it works flawlessly having calls on my phone while doing chores or walking and for Teams meeting on my computer, as well as having features like ANC or hearthrough. The only thing I can think of that could be a bit better is the grip on my head: it's not loose but could be a bit tighter. If I'm looking down 90 degrees it starts to loose it's grip. However it not gripping tightly probably also makes it comfier to wear for long periods of time. I could not use this headset for running or sports activities though due to the loose grip, but I have another headset for that. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, this is the most expensive headset I own but I had to step up to this price level for a headset that has all these and just works out of the box

Dopo aver comprato e reso 3 volte le Jabra evolve 2 65 (dopo 2 mesi smettevano di funzionare), ho queste da oltre 1 anno e sono perfette. Buona la copertura, buona l'integrazione con teams, ottimo l'audio (sia per me, sia per chi mi sente). Insomma, mi sento di consigliarle.
