Simple, stand alone, wireless switch
I first bought just one to see if I could make it work as described. It worked great without linking it to a hub or Alexa. All that is needed is wireless and download of a free App. Setting it up is simple if you follow the directions carefully. Once you get the hang of it, it only takes a minute. I like this product very much!

Great custoemr service
I really like these compact smart plugs, I've had them several years and they work great with the Kasa app and Alexa. I changed routers and couldn't re-register my units with the new router. I had a customer chat with Anjanette and she very patiently walked me through how to resolve my issue. Good customer service is a sign of a quality company.

These work
The plugs aren't the ideal shape/size but that's whatever. They work seamlessly with Apple Home. Built well enough. I got these on sale for 30 bucks during the holidays, I'd say that's about the most you should pay. I use either a phone or an ipad to interface with the various lamps I have plugged into these. Easy initial setup with the Kasa app

Love them! Great buy!
One of the best purchases for our house. We connected these to our lights in our bedroom and living room. I gave it 4 stars because it was a little difficult connecting them to our home system. I ended up using a YouTube video to show why it wasn’t connecting and eventually everything worked great. (Could just be an me issue haha) Overall, works so well and would definitely buy again.

Easy configuration but operation louder than expected.
All 4 plugs configured properly with TPLink Casa App. Amazon app then recognized the new devices and prompted to add them to a location.They seem loud when they operate from on to off or off to on. Maybe it is just this type of plug.

Don’t have to reset everyday like other brands I have used
These things are great. I use them everywhere and out of probably 20 I have out I’ve had one failure and it wasn’t current related

purchased refurbished equipment
3 worked 1 did not work. There are 4 units in a box.I just kept it, as returning it would have caused more pain after three units were all set up and running.They work this is the 2nd time I purchased them.
