High Quality
Dr Mark Hyman, author of the Blood Sugar Solution, recommends these multi-vitamins on his website but they are a bit cheaper (not much) here on Amazon. They are high quality and I've seen improvement in my health since starting these a few months ago.

Too expensive even though it is effective
I loved taking this vitamin mix. Even though they were large pills, they had a GREAT flavor! Based on my research, I knew they were good for my body and I felt great impacts from taking them. But the cost is just too much for my budget to continue long term. That’s so sad.

I love and desperately need these vitamins (they help me feel stronger!) it just took too long: from the beginning of January, 2023 until the beginning of April ,2023. Way too long. But it looks like they’re giving me a refund so I’m grateful for that!

Wellness Essentials Women's Prime
This is an EXCELLENT product. I previously was taking the Wellness Essentials, and adding extra supplements to help with bone density. My Dr. was shocked that my bone density actually increased with the Wellness Essentials. Now I am taking the Wellness Essentials Women's Prime, and this is all I take. NO EXTRA supplements needed. Yes, they are expensive, but much LESS expensive than medical bills.

So far I've felt very good on these Vitamins. My only complaint is how big they are. I only take them after I've eaten in the morning because I tend to get an upset stomach otherwise.I ordered the Men's Wellness Essentials for my husband and he is starting them today.I am on my 2nd week of the Metagenics Weight Loss. I'm doing things a little differently though. I didn't order the Weight Loss kit, I got things separate. For instance, I decided to try the Wellness Essentials Women's Prime since I'm 50, I'm taking UltraFlora Balance, VitD liquid, Herbulk and UltraMeal Adv Protein shakes, as well as excersize and a healthy low carb diet.I even bought a Fitbit Charge HR.I will let you know how things progess.
