The light turns red quickly when using indicating it needs charging but when i plug it in, almost immediately turns green? Turns red again when used?

How many lumens does this output?

I believe the criteria for these lights is more of the UV spectrum. Lumens is more for visible white light...but I could be wrong about this.

Should I wear UV glasses with this and if not, why?
