The pole arrived with damaged top ball. Contacted Amazon customer and vender who promptly sent replacement topper. Recommend the pole and company. Excellent service.

The pole is sometimes difficult to twist if the pole is wet. The rings that hold the flag clips sometimes get stuck and do not spin. The flag clips are plastic rings around the pole. Overall, it is a good flagpole for the price.

I am updating my review to include a little more detail about the service I received after I left my initial review. I made this purchase to replace an older, stand-alone flagpole at our new home, and I am very disappointed. The pole is cheaply made, and the metal is too thin to stand up in gusty winds. It bends when the wind blows, even in light of breezes. After just over three months of use, mine broke on a windy day (not storm-force type winds, just gusty). So much for the seller's claim that the "...exceptional wind and rust-resistant material is designed to withstand any and all outdoor weather conditions, ensuring your telescoping flag poles remains unyielding for years to come." After leaving my initial review, which is pretty much summed up above, the seller contacted me and apologized for the "unpleasant shopping experience." After that, it got a little weird. Instead of standing behind their product and issuing a refund, which a truly credible business would, they offered to send me a sturdier flagpole at some unknown point in the future, "when the goods become available." I am still waiting BTW. Honestly, I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews of others who had similar experiences with the quality of this item. And I certainly should have sent it back as soon I set it up and saw how it bent in the light breezes (a flagpole shouldn't look like it's made for a pole vault), so that is on me (and lesson learned). That said, I am disappointed with Amazon for providing a means for this seller to sell junk and for not holding the seller accountable for the false selling points and lack of meaningful customer service. Bottom line: I highly recommend that customers avoid this seller, and certainly avoid this item.

I recently bought a U.S. flag, and I’m really happy with the quality. The colors are bright and vibrant, and the stitching feels strong and well-made — especially around the edges, where cheaper flags usually fray. The stars are cleanly embroidered (not printed), which makes the flag look much more premium. The material is durable enough to handle outdoor weather, but it still waves nicely in the breeze. I’ve had it displayed for a while now, and it hasn’t faded or shown any wear.

after i order the flag pole i read some negative reviews and i was sorry that i ordered the pole.. when i got i i put on two flags and planted the pole in concrete. i love it. the only thing that i didnt like was that it didn't come with some type of stop for the bottom plant, i ended up using a small hose clamp, now it works

this was a big let down. It is cheaply made and will not hold up well. It also came with the gold bulb globe thing on top broken. We are sending it back as we need all metal flag pole with no plastic parts to it and not telescopic.
