Great read

There's quite a few useful tips in this book, it's written relatively clearly and in a better language than his previous one, which was really bad. Of course you won't find anything earth shattering here, but it's a nice compilation of some solid knowledge about self help and self care. I would recommend giving it a shot.

The book is beautiful on the outside and inside. I love the messages it has and it tries to connect you with yourself. So it doesn’t just give advice but also gives you practical exercises to heal.
