…not the absolute best pic quality buuuuut then again let’s be honest, the girlies getting a frame TV are doing it for the aesthetic✨Frankly, I think it’s a great TV, if you make sure you’re getting the second model they released and not the first. You want better picture quality if you’re a TV buff who is comparing it to those 3k TVs at Costco. Otherwise it’s freaking gorg♥️

Incredible TV. The install was very involved but the result was great!

This is by far the worst tv I’ve ever had in my life. The frame tv does not connect to the internet, even when there’s a wired connection. The internet constantly drops and freezes when connected to the one connect box and Wi-Fi is a joke. Wi-Fi is basically non-existent and never works. We have a Netgear router that’s and the fasted Xfinity Wi-Fi and both of these companies have come out and the issue isn’t them. Samsung tech is a joke and unhelpful. I wish I never spent $1400 on this tv back in May and I highly recommend that you don’t get it. Yes, it looks cool bc of the artwork but it’s seriously not worth it. It’s too expensive to be having these issues and the tech support is a joke. Stay away from Samsung products!

This is so amazing, just thumbing through the pictures, my own museum. I live across the lake from Mr. Gates and have been told he has a fantastic collection of art works on his tv all for an incredible cost/value. Mine, less than first 4 digits of his “museum”! Less cost, not quite as valuable but stunningly available to look at. I can’t take mine with me but neither can he!

Over all I like the tv. The picture is great on it and the art mode is exactly what I wanted so it didn’t just look like a tv above my fire place. However I should have done a better job with reading up on it. For one it does not just plug into the wall it has an external box that it has to plug into which is quite big. I had a plug put in the fire place for plugging in a tv but once I got it I realized that was not going to happen. I was considering sending it back because the whole point of the tv was to look like a picture and wires going around the wall was not going to do it. Fortunately my husband and I figured out how to run it behind the stone from one plug to another. Definitely keep that in mind if you are going to put it on the wall and don’t want to see wire. Also this one didn’t come with a frame which I was aware of when I bought it but dang those things are expensive. I definitely feel like it needs one for the full affect so I will be buying one soon. Just some things to keep in mind before purchasing.

This TV is incredibly thin, probably 1/2-3/4” It sits so nicely against the wall and allows you to choose pictures to display when tv is not on. It actually looks like a portrait. The picture quality is great. There was initially a sound delay but it may have been a streaming service we used because it seems to be improved. Have only had this for 2 weeks and we are still getting used to the features and deciding whether we want to use a sound bar.

The picture quality is excellent on this TV. We set it up last night and are still learning all the features. I'm not the techy, but so far, my husband and son seem to love it
