Indispensable tool in our allergy arsenal 10/10 would buy again!
This thing is AMAZING. My dog has really bad allergies and he has to have several medicated baths a week. It's really important that I get him super dry because if I don't, the yeast goes absolutely crazy. At one point his hair was falling out, he had bald spots, and his skin was flaking horribly. We started immunotherapy, but while that has time to do its thing, the baths are the best, most effective tool in my arsenal. We live in the middle of nowhere and we have no fences, just GPS collars, so the dogs get to roam free and get into all sorts of things from rolling in poop, getting in the pond, or digging massive holes. With his allergies he winds up getting a lot of baths because the alternative is a massive flare up. I was spending 30 minutes towel drying him every single time he got a bath and it was a huge pain. During the winter he gets a bath 3x a week (he flares terribly in the winter) and during the summer I have to bathe him at least once a week, more if he comes back filthy (exhibit a in the pics), as allowing the allergens to remain on him causes a flare up. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes for a bath because the shampoo has to sit on him for so long, then another 30 minutes to dry. By the time we get to the drying portion of the task he's always very ready to be DONE and so am I. In the summer we have an outdoor shower set up which makes things so much easier. I don't dry him very well after an outdoor shower since he's not about to shake all over my house. We just go straight to the dryer and I dry him with that instead. Even with him still being extremely wet, it takes me about 10 minutes to get him almost bone dry. There's no way to get him almost bone dry with a towel. Again, this dryer is AMAZING. It makes short work of drying him and he gets much drier than would ever be possible with a towel. Another issue we have is with his feet being wet. I have a raincoat he wears when it's raining or snowing to keep him from getting sopping wet, and I also have booties he can wear for his feet, but he hates them and they are a massive pain to put on. So unless he has an active flare going on with his feet, I just started cleaning and drying his feet really well after he comes in. Again, with a towel it takes forever and they really don't get that dry. Between snow in the winter and rain in the spring and fall, I spend a ton of time drying his feet. I also attached a picture of what his foot looks like when he's having a flare, fortunately you can't smell the picture but just know it smells horrendous. That's why it's so vital that I get his feet clean and DRY! Moisture is our worst enemy! That yeasty dirty gym sock smell is gag inducing, and having that irritation on his feet has to be miserable. I set the dryer up in my mud room so that when he comes in I can just dry his feet really quickly. It gets his feet 99.9% dry in under a minute, and as a bonus it blows a lot of the debris out from in-between his toes and paw pads. This dryer is a game changer for allergy management and makes the bathing process something I don't dread nearly as much. The little bathing mit the dryer came with also makes baths so much faster. I feel like I use much less soap because it makes such a wonderful lather. And at $40 per bottle of shampoo, that's a huge bonus. It helps the soap penetrate down to the skin much faster and easier, and it really helps on the legs. I find the short dense hair on his legs a lot harder to penetrate than the hair on his body, and the glove has no issue really getting the soap down to the skin. The inclusion of the glove is very much appreciated!! Between the glove and the dryer I have probably shaved a solid 30 minutes off of the time it takes to bathe and dry him. I also love how compact this dryer is, it doesn't take up a ton of space so it's easy to find a place for it that it's not always in the way. The hose is long enough to get his whole body dry without having to reposition the dryer. The dryer itself is relatively quiet, it's just the air hitting the dog that is so loud. It freaked my dog out at first but it didn't take too long for him to get used to it. I can't say he's a huge fan, but he tolerates it. I will probably get him a happy hoodie because it hurts my ears sometimes so I'm sure it hurts his. It depends on which hose end attachment you use as to how loud it is too, I find the flat attachment isn't as loud as the round one. Sometimes when you first turn it on it will make a very shrill, high pitched, ear piercing scream. I was reading that this is likely moisture build up and to run it for about 10 minutes with the heat on. It doesn't take but maybe 10 seconds for that sound to go away. It's only done that on days that it's raining and the humidity is higher. The heat setting is absolutely perfect, it makes the air a very comfortable temperature and I find it to be very pleasant. I'm sure this winter it will feel amazing on some cold paws! Overall I am incredibly impressed with this dryer. I always thought I would have to spend a lot more money on a good dog dryer or I would have ordered one long ago. Everything about it feels very high quality and I'm extremely happy with my purchase! This is probably the best ~$80 bucks I've ever spent. I am beyond excited to have this in my arsenal and ditch all those towels and the time it takes to use them!

Value, quality and performance
I have not had this product long so durability will not be addressed here. The product is constructed well and the materials appear to be of a good or high quality. The performance of the machine is great. Unbelievably quiet and very powerful. In just 2 days of blowing my germans shepherds undercoat out we are way ahead of where i would be with hrs and hrs of brushing. Be prepared for a hair blizzard! Im very satisfied.

Best dryer
This is a great investment! I love the heating option. You can adjust the power of the dryer. The cord looks short in the photos. But once it’s on it more than doubles in size which is so convenient. Even on full blast it’s not terribly loud. Takes a good 20-30 minutes to fully dry my golden retriever.

Gets the job done. Minor flaws.
What’s good: Good price, especially if sales happening Not to bulky/heavy Simple controls, power on/off, heat on/off, mild breeze/tornado dial. Motor is not too loud. Think quiet hair blower at salon. Easily blasts water and loose hair away Hose is more than long enough for my home use. Simple attachments that work Produces just enough heat to keep my dog comfortable What could be better: Storage for loose attachments, a mesh cinched bag would suffice. Occasionally will create a loud whistle at the tip of the round/cone attachment Finally, the hose is secured to the motor with a plastic C-clamp (see photo) that has teeth that protrude through the hose and into the indentations of the motor housing. I feel like the plastic is likely to break if it’s s repeatedly taken on and off for storage or it can easily be popped off and lost.

Perfect for my Standard Poodle
I have a 2 year old Standard Poodle and her hair gets matted and grows quickly between grooms. This dryer is easy to assemble and perfect. I used to spend hours with a basic blow dryer and now I can have her bathed and dried in less than an hour. The pressure is strong and even takes out some of her matting. Her coat turns out soft and almost straight. It’s not bulky and doesn’t take up much space when I store it away. The heat and cooling settings are easy to adjust depending on the weather. All of the attachments work well and the sound isn’t too bad. Love the color in hot pink. Fit for my royal princess.

Amazing power, manageable noise, and works for cats too!
I used the Shelandy dryer for the first time today, and the results were incredible. It has great power and cuts drying time significantly, yet the noise level is very manageable and didn't stress the pets—I even used it on cats for the first time with great success! The included attachments are also super useful. Highly recommended!

Great for the price!
Pros: faster drying time, multiple attachments, long hose, no awful screeching, multiple blow speeds, easy to carry/transport, reasonable noise level from wind/motor Cons: heats up (after awhile of drying) even when the heat mode isn’t on, could be more powerful Overall: Priced correctly. If you want something that’s going to be stronger and have no flaws, be prepared to pay the $1,500+ for a professional blow drying machine. Otherwise it’s perfect for home grooming and way better than a human hair dryer! Detailed review: I did a ton of research before deciding to buy this blower. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get a product that didn’t work or had major issues. Not going to lie, I was very on the fence about this blower because there are some bad reviews saying it makes an awful screeching noise that doesn’t actually go away. I decided to try it anyways, it was highly rated on chewy, and worst case scenario it doesn’t work and I return it (thank you prime!!!). I absolutely love this product! Zero screeching noise just a loud wind and motor noise, but you can still easily talk over it (unlike professional dog blower machines). I had previously been using my Dyson hairdryer to blow dry both my golden retrievers. It would take me about 2 hours to fully dry both of them after a bath. I legit hated bath time because it was going to be a half days worth of work! Now it’s a breeze! I was able to fully dry one dog in about 30minutes!!!!! This is with him being a psycho and running away from me and the blower (he did this with the hairdryer too, he’s just difficult until he accepts his fate). I had no issues with attaching the hose and the different attachments onto the hose. The hose expands a lot when you turn it on so you can reach them without the motor being right next to you. The power of the blower is strong, my one dog was a little freaked out at first, but eventually got used to it. I used it on the lowest setting for him because whenever I would turn it up more he’d try to run away from me. Even on the lowest setting I could actually feel the water flying off his skin/fur. My only critiques are that the air out of the machine becomes pretty warm after about 15-20 minutes of constant use. At one point I thought I had turned on the heat function accidentally because the air was so warm. I think it’s just from the motor being constantly run. My other critique is that the machine could be more powerful. It still takes a decent amount of time to get both golden’s FULLY dry (I’m talking about zero dampness). I know that’s a little contradictory to what I said before about my one dog only being able to use it on low speed. However; all dogs aren’t like him and I can imagine a dog that’s fluffier or bigger than he is will take much longer to dry than 30 minutes. My 30 minute dry time did still leave both dogs slightly damp. I could just tell after 30 minutes they were completely over it and it was getting more difficult to dry them so I just said good enough (I forced them to stay longer with the hair dryer because otherwise they’d still be wet if I didn’t). I don’t expect this machine to fix their attention span issues but it definitely makes my life a little easier by achieving the same results I did with the hairdryer in a shorter time. I’m sure if I made them sit there for an hour I could get them completely dry. I don’t expect professional groomer level quality from a blower that’s $75 when professional machines start at $1,500! All in all it’s a great product for the price. My dogs get dried faster and I do like that there are different attachments that help make the job easier. I probably will never use the heat mode, and highly recommend checking the temperature of the air that comes out every so often so you know if it’s too hot for your dog! Pic of my fluffier golden after his bath so you can see that it actually works!!!

Great for blowing out long-fur rabbit coat
I can’t speak for longevity, but this little pet blower works great. Not too large, so easy to store, much quieter than I was expecting. I use it on the lowest setting and it’s more than powerful enough to blow out my rabbit’s coat. I have dogs I will be utilizing it for as well. Love the attachment choices and ability to use heat or not. . As long as it hold up, it will be a great buy.

WOW the blow power
It's a good thing I tested it prior to using it on my 3lb teacup yorkie because it would of blown her off the table the power on this little thing is amazing. PROS: easy to set up. Extreme power, really has strong power even on the lowest setting. The no heat option is nice as it is still just a little warm still, The hose does stretch to the max stated but that is really pulling on it. The hose is very sturdy and well made. Easy to carry around with the handle, has enough attachments to get any job done and comes with an extra filter and glove. CONS: Is a little louder then expected but still not as loud as a regular blow dryer. Has a really high pitch scream like noise when using the attachments on any level higher then the lowest but mostly with the tube attachment. I would of like the DB to to 50 or less for my little gal and this has 60 to 70db and a regular hair dryer runs about 80 to 90 I think so not bad. My hair clippers run at 50db for a reference for you. The attachments are a cheap like plastic but it's not like they are going to get banged around a lot so that really doesn't matter. The hose would be best used with a table top dryer holder for hand free but still not heavy to hold on to. So for the money it was worth it and I am happy with it. UPDATE I had my groomer come in today and she used it on my 3lb Teacup Yorkie. I thought for sure it would blow her off the table LOL but it was perfect dried her in a quarter of the time it did before and my little gal could handle the noise and was not afraid at all. As a matter of fact my groomer said she has to get one she love it so much. The long hose is nice as you can see it reaches high enough with the holder to go over the dog and not direct and the groomer has hands free to work on her. She used the no heat option and it was warm enough for the whole cut.

Ottimo Asciugatore
