Bought to use with modular 2 way splitter
Bought to use with a ugreen hdmi splitter that requires the hdmi cable to input to the screen. Hence why I got the 20cm cable. Reduces latency going through the splitter.

Too short to be of any use
While the product is fine note that the length is the entire product, so the cable doesn't reach from the monitor to the desk. On hindsight, I would have chosen a 30cm cable.
