Chrome peels
In a year the chrome on temperature gage has started to peel even though I have been extremely careful with cleaning products very disappointed as was quite expensive.

The loading lever doesn’t work at all.
The loading lever doesn’t work at all. As I brought it outside UK, it costs me much money to return the item rather than buying a new one…… So disappointing! I don’t know what to do. Hope the seller would contact me and give me some advice after seeing this message.

Very badly marked , hard to see in photos
Lovely toaster but very badly marked like somebody rubbed a wire cloth on it so it’s permanently marked, think il return it, which is a shame other than that it’s a gorgeous toaster, emailed company about another but they want me to take down pics , so will not make anymore purchases with them
